I went into this dealership to buy a new Yukon Denali XL. I was appointed a salesperson by the name of Majda by the phone rep but when I got there I spoke to a gentleman named Sen.
After showing me some cars out the back he said he would get some information for me about the finance and lease options and I left to wait for this and shortly after I got a message from Majda, I originally thought Sen had asked her to contact me about the lease options but I found out she was calling because she was the appointed salesperson and not Sen.. this wasn’t a big issue until I asked her for a quote on the finance options at which point she told me I had to pay a deposit and reserve a car before she could tell me how much it would cost me.
Obviously I said I cannot commit to buying a car without knowing what it will cost me and at this point she basically told me if I don’t want to do that then she can’t help me. After making half a dozen more calls Sen finally got back to me with a picture of a screen with some prices on it with no explanation whatsoever but it was enough for me to decide I would go ahead with the purchase. At this point I was told I had to pay the deposit and book the car and then I will get my finance approved and at that point I have to sit back and wait an undetermined amount of time to get delivery which could be upto 6 months or more and they couldn’t give me any indication of how long it might be whatsoever so basically as a family man with 6 children I have to hold up my money and not get another car and wait upto 6 months or more till we get our family car.
After objecting to this lack of information I was told very frankly “no commitment on delivery date just pay your deposit and wait”.
I went to Bin Hamouda and was served immediately and purchased the car with delivery in 7-10 days.
If you want a GMC don’t bother with Alghandi all they will do is tell you stories of how busy they are and how many orders they have and how they don’t care at all about your business… instead go to Bin Hamouda and be treated as a valued customer who wants to spend hundreds of thousands of their hard earned money and get the correct treatment as a customer.
I will not buy Chevrolet anymore, lots of issue and they are not able to fix them although my car is new and I have a garantee .. AVOID this brand !!!!!!!!
My recent encounter with Al Ghandi Auto left me utterly disappointed. Upon arriving to receive my Captiva 2024 today, excitement quickly turned to dismay as I discovered extensive rust on the car. Suspecting it was a consequence of a previous flood, considering its storage location in RAS Alkhor, I refused to accept it. I strongly caution prospective buyers to scrutinize the manufacture date meticulously, ensuring it falls after any potential flood incidents. Al Ghandi Auto's apparent deception of its customers is disheartening, and I urge everyone to exercise caution before engaging with them.
NEVER BUY CAPTIVA 2024 or any vehicle from chevrolet ,The worst service center branch, i purchase my vehicle last september 14 and complain to them thru call after few days that the break have annoying sounds, and last 2 weeks ago i call your hotline for schedule october 2,2024, when i talk to ARUNG he told that captiva 2024 have ANNOYING break sounds is normal and their manager CONFIRM AS well what this and if incase that they need to check ittakes overnight due to long cue?What is this i buy car to use not to go to service center for maintenance ,if the sales person from the very start which name is MINA explain to me that chevrolet captiva 2024 have annoying break sound i will never buy that car, I WANT TO RETURN MY VEHICLE AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN BUY ANOTHER BRAND WHICH DONT HAVE ANNOYING BREAK SOUND LIKE HONDA OR TOYOTA ,The worst car brand i ever drive and the worst service center they dont want to help you and solve your car issue , they only making story and talking to you
Very poor service, came to check cars, no parking and no one there at Gate to convey anything even after couple of horns....I guess they have enough sales and want no more..

When we visit this showroom we know that we only have 10% chance of getting a car from them cause we already have application from another showroom in which we are very hesitant cause the car was really pricey. So we end up here in Al Ghandi Auto trying to take this 10% chance.. We have been looking for a car that is in our budget but also elegant and spacious for our family to fit in.
