Bad experience with this branch, I brought my Y62 nissan which has an issue with the fans, they have inspected the car and clearly stated that there is no issue at all, moreover, I have received the car with the same exact issue, their technical team lack of experience.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Manoj, who provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. From a warm welcome to the initial registration, seating, follow-up, payment, and final job explanation, he handled every step with genuine care and dedication. His commitment to timely service and professionalism was evident throughout, leaving a lasting positive impression. Mr. Manoj is undoubtedly an invaluable asset to the service center. Visited on Saturday the 17th Aug About the center , very clean with good relaxing amenities which make the waiting very comfortable.
This brother approached us and asked about our concern. I explained everything to him, and he advised us to wait inside while he would personally drive the car and check. After some time, he returned and informed us that our car was inside the service center being checked. We were very happy with the assistance and service he provided. Now, the gas empty icon is gone, and the fuel bar is showing correctly. We no longer have to worry about or calculate how much fuel is left. Keep it up, Pinto! 👍🙂👍 You’re the best! Very poor service. I’ve been using this service centre since buying my car (new) from Nissan. (6 years). Initially was super happy with the quality of service but things have been dropping off over the last 2 years as well as an escalation in costs. Today I wasn’t the only unhappy customer with a similar story. I do hope that they get back on track soon- people will not keep using the service centre if they feel disrespected. Not sure if it’s Nissan escalating prices for parts or the service centre escalating labour costs (or both)…. I even needed to chase access to my own car rather than have clarity around access. There seems to be very little understanding of the inconvenience caused by lack of service…. No manager available today. Very few staff. Also noted that whilst there is now a ramp for POD access it’s incredibly steep and (closed)… All up- much room for improvement. My suggestion to them- review what you were doing as a service centre 3 years ago- compare it to now…. Once that’s done remember where your core business lies… and return to that!
