Devices are not packed well. The packaging that they put your devices are UNSEALED. Not even a tape to ensure it does not slide out. No accountability from their team. The phone I had repaired is now broken again. I recommend you find another place to have your devices repaired where people are easier to deal with and where they pack your devices properly. I will add photos and screenshot of how they handled this issue as if they had nothing to do with it.
Had a great experience with F2 Technology when I got my Huawei Matebook repaired for a broken screen panel. The customer service was fast and efficient. The best part was their free pickup and delivery service, which made the whole process seamless without me even having to leave my doorstep. The repair was quick, the riders were kind and professional too, and the prices were reasonable as well. Hands down one of the best repair services I have come across. I really hope they keep up this standard.

My laptops screen had been broken and I didn't know where I could go for a reliable solution, because I have tried giving my older laptops for repairs in the past and they never came back properly fixed. I visited F2 technology because of MacBook liquid damage. But they ruined my MacBook more. Keyboard typing felt weird and didn't press properly. And I was told to fix the trackpad, but it didn't work properly a day later. And when I opened my MacBook and checked it myself, it wasn't cleaned properly inside. They're not professional and don't know how to handle MacBooks and I had to pay 400 dirhams for this ridiculous service.
you didn't clean it properly and you can clean it again? so how can I trust it again and leave it to clean it?
In one word, Terrible customer service. They collected my desktop case and after 4 days they have no idea how long it takes for them to resolve the problem. Meanwhile they are NOT proactive at all letting customer know the stages of the diagnosis. I had to call everyday and all they do putting responsibility on technician and nobody takes any initiative to support. Overall BAD experience.
Terrible Experience – Overpriced, Unprofessional, and Incompetent
I’ve rarely been this frustrated with a company. F2 Technology is absolutely awful – both their work and customer service are abysmal. To start, their team is completely incompetent. They didn’t have a clue what they were doing and failed to deliver anything even remotely close to what was promised. Their work was sloppy, incomplete, and frankly, unprofessional.
The track pad of my Lenovo yoga was having issues and was out of warranty. I decided to contact F2 Technology to get it fixed given the positive reviews. On the same day they called me to pick up the laptop. Post diagnosis, they recommended to only service the laptop and didn't require me to fully replace the track pad. End to end it took them 3 days to return my laptop and it was once again working perfectly. I appreciate the integrity during diagnosis and the really quick and excellent service! Very happy with the service and will definitely call them again in the future!
Two things to be kept in mind before taking services from F2 technology:
1) please ask them to mention warranty and detail of items repaired or replaced clearly on bill.
2) there services are not professional.
Following incidence happened with me:
I approached F2 technology for laptop screen repair, I send them 2-3 photos of laptop. We both agreed on a price. On receiving laptop, they said your hinges are broken and hard disk is corrupted. My laptop was working before screen damage, not sure about Hard disk. They asked me additional charges which I paid. They said 3 months warranty, I didnot have any choice so I told them to do the needful. I lost my entire data. After 58 days, I found there is problem in Hinges and send them photo. They said charges will be 299+ vat and 60 days warranty. I said I did it around 58 days back and they said there is Jo warranty for hinges. When I send their earlier messages, they took my laptop and now start saying that your different side of hinge was repaired and now this side require replacement. They are asking for additional amount.
