Amazing service from this company! After returning home to find a flood due to a burst water heater these folks showed up in about thirty minutes, quickly took action to remove the water and help us restore order. It was Saturday evening and the team was prepared, helpful and most of response time was so quick! Price was very reasonable as well.

Tech Guru Technical Services Co LLC did a poor job, and their negligence and lack of attention to detail ultimately caused problems. They charged a large amount upfront and the quality of detailing and finishing was lacking.
The guys know their job. I had a problem with Technogas oven, they came and fixed everything in 30 mins. I appreciated they have started to play games that they have no change, and gave the change after I payed the very reasonable price that have told. The only room for improvement is time management and respect of the client time. Please make sure you come within the time range we agree. Otherwise it was really good.
Used them to check ac service but did not do any work and charged 100AED for 2 mins visit
Used this service to replace a burst water heater. They were quick to arrive and assess the situation and the water heater was replaced same day. We had a secondary issue with a pressure valve on the new water heater that required an additional drain pipe fitting. This was also assessed quickly and resolved within 24 hours. Pricing was reasonable for an emergency service call. Arrival time after initial assessments were an issue, though. Better communication with customers to manage expectations would go a long way. When the water heater burst, we had to turn off all mains water at 7AM. We were advised 12 noon arrival for fix but they insisted they were almost with me several times. They eventually arrived at 4PM. This is why I am rating 4 stars, not 5. Service when present is great, though. The new heater was up and running within an hour. Despite the timekeeping issues, I would recommend them to friends.
