Great service from start to finish. Contacted Xmart on Wednesday evening requiring port activation and a new router to fix a few areas where I wasn't getting WiFi. Within an hour I had an initial visit from Mohammed to look at my existing system and provide a quote. Next morning he visited again to set everything up. Perfect, would use again.

They immediately scheduled a technician to come the very next morning, and he arrived with a replacement screen ready to fix it on-site. Unfortunately, I had provided the wrong color for the screen cover, so they couldn’t complete the repair at home. I was nervous when they had to take the MacBook to their shop, but they assured me it would be ready the same day—and they kept their word. By that evening, my MacBook was returned to me, fully repaired with the correct screen and looking like new. Their speed, professionalism, and excellent customer service really stood out. If you have any issues with your Apple products, these are the people to call. Super efficient, punctual, and trustworthy. I’m so glad I found them!
They pretend to be specialists, charge you 900aed without solving the problem and saying your router is broken. Then you contact the supplier, they send a technician who resolves the wrong configuration in 2 minutes. Fyi obviously there was no issue with the router and now they are refusing to refund! Scandalous and now Im raising a complaint with consumers court Dubai
