After 5 weeks of no updates & no replies to my calls, messages, emails and no spare parts; my laptop was fixed in less than 2 hours after I placed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department even their team started communicating with me ;-) The spare parts that were on the way for 5 weeks arrived in half hour after the complaint.. Probably the most horrible service center I ever dealt with. took my laptop a 5 weeks ago & they claimed it’ll be ready in 2 weeks. Every time I call them they claim the parts will arrive in few days & so far it’s 3 weeks late.. Their call center is just as horrible with no updates and no idea what is going on if they answer the call. I had to cancel the service after 1 month of waiting then they called for 48 hours extension & disappeared again.. Just like a magician, they appeared after the consumer protection call. Horrible by all means & it’s a shame I had to deal with such poor company. HP is to blame for hiring such 3rd party
Given my laptop 3 times for the same issue, and recent I’ve given it on January, today is march 11 and I still have not received it. No response to any of my emails and I can’t contact their number. It would’ve been easier if I just bought a new laptop instead.
I had a great experience with Ensure Services. They were quick to repair my HP laptop, and Mr. Sauban assisting me in contacting the HP service team to get warranty approval for my device. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!
i made a huge blunder by giving my HP printer for repair ( Work Order 0006065565 ). Its been more than 10 days and still i dont have any update. The email address and service center number are never attended. I'm attaching the snapshot of my waiting time to reach to a customer care representative. Trust me no one will ever attend any call. The emails are auto responded with same status ... its better to give your printer for repair at a local shop nearby than to be held hostage with these pathetic insensitive team
