No one has been picking up the phone for days or answering emails. Its been more than a month since my item was handed over. Please check ur contacts listed.
Sent my laptop for service once and waited for a month and non of the issue was fixed. Just got it over a week ago and the issue resurfaced and i sent it again for service and now they want me to wait for another month just to admit they didnt fix it. Major L. how is this service center still functioning they should service their own company and lazy staffs.

The worst customer support. Never buy Acer Aspire C22. Bought it from sharafdg and it worked fine for 1 week. Wireless keyboard started responding too quickly or too slow at times. I changed it with a new one from microsoft. After few weeks system suddenly shows a blue screen and I can't start it anymore. It is almost 18 days over since I have given it for repair. Spoke to them and still they want me to wait.
Very bad quality of books and poor response of store guy sohaib. Pappers coming out from book after 02 Months, went to store for rectification/replacemnt. But poor response from store guy sohaib. Better not to go this store if u looking for quality of book and behaviour.
