Excellent service for car upholstery fixes. They did a very good job on my 2018 S Class. On top of that, they’re very fairly priced and give you a quick service. They also have detailing which I’ll be using their services shortly.

I had a screen and camera installed in my car, and the quality was top-notch with excellent service. Their prices are better than those places that overcharge and subcontract the work. Here, they handle the installation themselves, which keeps the prices fair while providing exceptional service. I 100% recommend them

Place to be avoided at all costs. Spread the word. LET'S HELP THEM CLOSE DOWN SO PEOPLE SAVE TIME AND COSTS. First, they say they do detailing while they have no idea about detail. Example: they did not even provide a quote for polishing my car while I asked. Second, asked for advice on which multimedia system would be the most qualitative to be installed as an upgrade to my vehicule - had no idea. While, I am a man of my word i went to do research buy my own from Carplanet and as agreed with the owner of the place gave it to him to install it. Third, installation of the system took longer than expected - not two hours as initially quote but five. Hint, this is an indication that both the owner and his staff are clueless 🙈. Fourth, their costs are not quoting what they initially quote - started at 500 but after that became 550 AED. Another, that they are dishonest. Sixth, they said they can help with restoring my rims - instead of doing all of them, they did only one. Seventh, I had agreed to pick up my car a week after I left it there as I went out of DXB for a week told the guy ( Mohsen or something with Cheras) their shop was closed at the time we agreed. When called the guy, he sais sorry boss we agreed something else. Again, a cue of the fact that they do as they please and not how they are told. Eight, I had asked them to put foil in my car and when I went to pick it up for the third time they had not. They had forgotten. No comment. Ninth, their staff [ the individual who works as a cashier] is far from polite. Tenth, i am unaware how this business can identify themselves as women owned - there was no women working there. Finally, let's help them close down so better detailing/upholstery players can take their place. They are worthless, unprofessional and far from communicative or polite. P.S. @Cheras stop fulling people. You reported this feedback to Google once as invalid because I had not attached a enough photos. Now attaching the receipt from your garage as well as a picture of the low end merchandise which you sell with exorbitant margins [ hint for anyone who wants to check the real prices of Winca tablets you can visit Temu].

They damaged my headlights and brought it back to them and they couldn’t fix it properly. Damaged the front bumper clips while removing it. Brought my car to them another time for a very simple job which is removing an old tint and they scratched the glasses on all 4 doors and now i have to change the glasses of my car just because of unprofessional work..

They took almost an extra week to finish work. Body wrap has bubbles and is uneven. Grill is not properly installed with so much space between the hood. Safety warning on dash since they have done the interior work. Staff is not cooperative. I’ve had an unpleasant experience with them.
