I am surprise when they texted me regarding there offer it means they know me already. However staff are really rude to me this time, blaming and pointing each other for nothing. I don't know what happen but it is not organize at all to whoever the next car.

I had a terrible experience with Dar Al Madina garage . The service was subpar, and it felt like they were more interested in upselling unnecessary repairs than actually addressing the issue I came in for. Communication was poor, and the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Not only did I have to return multiple times for the same issue, but I also felt like I was being overcharged. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again and would not recommend this garage to anyone.

The worst paint ever i gave them the car for 10 days to i get my back trunk for car scratches and stone dents and they can't fix it, btw it will be kast time to work with them

My car parts got damage after one day of installation so we can think of the quality of product what they are using.

We went to repaint our car and Gamshid, the staff told that it will be released maximum 5 days. Supposedly it will be released by December 21 as promised. It is now December 24, night before Christmas and we are still waiting for the car to be fixed. Today, we are told again to wait til tonight. From December 21, everytime we call we are told that it will be ready the next morning, everyday we are given expectations and it wasn’t met.
Now the resolution given to us is to take our car in whatever condition it has, very unprofessional, rude and unethical. I checked our car now and to our surprise they haven’t started it yet.
We are totally disappointed how you operate your business and how you treat your regular customer since 2020. Very poor service!
