A friend gave me a bike and it was in very good condition however the seat needed adjustment to fit me. I was charged 31.50aed for the 1-minute job. The bike was previously purchased from them. I thought small services such as adjustment would not be charged, especially when the bike was previously bought from the same shop. There wasn't any fancy process in taking my measurement either. They were just using measurement tape.
I rented a bike at Wolfi Al Ain Cycling Track before, and the adjustment was done in a more sophisticated way.
I didn't choose this place but my friend sent me there as she bought the bike from them.
I feel it's quite ridiculous to charge 31.5aed for just taking measurements with measurement tape , screw and unscrew, and that's it. It wasn't even correct and had to be readjusted again.

Best bikeshop here in Al Ain. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The mechanics are very professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to different types of bikes whether it's mechanical, electronic, disc brakes, rim brakes, mtb or rb they know how to handle it. For all of my repairs and bike builds, I always go to crankmasters for 2 reasons: 1. Affordability of their services compared to other bikes shops that I've canvassed. 2. Quality of work They even go the extra mile to teach me how to take care of my bikes so that it will last long and helped me buy the necessary equipments for my needs. Here's my recent bike build that was handled and built by their team of professional mechanics.
Great service. Amazing staffs. Brothers Eric and Jerald performed topnotch full bike servicing. They made sure that my bike will be in excellent form come race day.
