I am very disappointed on how this shop was handling. coming to the shop, one of my friends had 2 flat tires half way on the track, after the recovery, the mechanic immediately accused my friend of mishandling the bike causing the puncture, as we are negotiating on how it is unlikely that both tires would puncture halfway through the track while staying on road avoiding off road terrain, he immediately off put any remarks and demanded to pay for the damages, treating my friend as if he has no choice but to pay and to stop wasting his time, he also said “do as much as you want, you are still liable under contract, I can wait all day”, which was very unprofessional behaviour. Me and my group will no longer be dealing with this behaviour again

We went half-way through the track and my both of my tires were flat, they charged me for tire damage (puncture) even though there is no possible way for a customer to check if the tire has an issue before heading since the trial testing period is in front of the shop and is mainly for seat arrangement and comfortability, under the contract it is specified that any damages except ordinary wear tear will be charged on the customer, so it is possible that I will be given a set of tires will fail in the middle of the track since the track is 24 km long while the trail testing is just infront of the shop so it is impossible to tell whether the tire is faulty or not, and I won’t trust the shop either to check for the condition of the tire. This experience was horrible and this is not how a rental shop should operate blaming for their to maintain their bikes that they rent, highly unprofessional and I’ll be taking businesses where the customer is valued and respected
