Entry towards service station is sometimes blocked due to a nearby weird junction. Not enough queuing, manuvering and parking spaces within. However Machine car wash, gas cylinder sale, car service, mart and McDonald's available.

every day they send me sms as offer 10 AED for car wash after I came there they tell 35 AED that is laying and should be clear whith castomar
and it's not the top still inside not clean

Great customer service from Mohamed Thamees who went all the way to get me tissue and gum despite the 46 deg heat! Hard worker Masha'Allah. And Mohd Owais who cleaned my car even, while i was waiting for fuel. These are your assets, Adnoc.. these people. Keep it up!

Once Supercharger nearby Stadium let me down, I pointed to ADNOC Fast EV charger and I was satisfied a lot. Easy payment process, had some rest, grabbed coffee and voila +45% charged. It’s quiet expensive, but in case of rush good option

Poor performance of the staff who wipe dry my car after auto wash. Still dirty.

Today morning around 10 am I reached to the adnoc and I paid for refilling for gas, but the adnoc staff not ready to replace the gas cylinder as gas cylinder truck was unloading and loading the cylinders, the staff was asking me to wait for 30 minutes and HE WAS VERY RUDE , I TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR GAS CYLINDER, I ASKED HIM TO TALK TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND HE WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO TALK TO WITH SUPERVISOR And he did not give me the gas cylinder, finally I asked them to return the cash which I paid, even the CASHIER WAS VERY RUDELY BEHAVED, finally i took my money back as they didn’t give me gas cylinder

Very bad experience from fuel dispenser and Lady Supervisor. Please check always your fuel bill other ways you will cheated from these station

Very fast service, with good facilities. Whenever I visit the queues are not very long. Have a car wash, vacuum and air machine for tyres.
