Visited Taresh, Falaj Hazza, Al Ain branch today for vehicle transfer and registrstion work. The service was excellent and specially the staff was amazing. I reach there around 4:30 or 5 PM. The lady on reception was extremly good and very helpful(dnt know the name sorry). After getting token, went to counter 1. There also the lady who attended me was very soft spoken and cheerful. Both the staff guided me very kindly about the whole process.As guided, After doing car passing and insurance I came back to Taresh. The same lady greeted me on reception and provided me token. This time around 8 PM i went to counter 6 where Mr. Mohammad attended me. Mr. Mohammad was also very very helpful. He spoke to me with smile on face, throughout, spoke to car owner and guided him for UAE pass process when it was required. Overall it was very great experience, it was tiring day for me but with the behaviour and service of these staff at Taresh my day certainly ended with a smile. Thank you so much guys, keep doing good work may Allah reward u here and hearafter sswell. Ameen.
