Don’t trust this scammers. They refused to fix the screen which they fixed 1 month ago even I had 1 year warranty. FYI the issue was from inside & it was not physical damage the problem was from inside as per other company. Don’t waste you’re time & money for this amateurs…
Honetsly, by far, the worst mobile shop out there! If you are opening google maps to see the directions or opening to check reviews or had an incident and you are like am i the only one doubting its quality... dont! It is a terrible shop. So many bad experiences yet i always say it could happen it must be a on off etc.. i have fixed over 4 phones and not a single one ended up a good one. From lagging to failed batteries to very poor screen quality (all iphones btw) that is much more fragile than the proper ones (even tho i only replace to what they call original) . I do not wish this store to my worst enemies! And its owner or operator whoever, “francis” is very bad at customer handling. I wanted to report this shop to consumer rights but not worth my trouble. Every time i end up buying a new phone. (Between me and my wife) today i learned a lesson bought apple care and this shop can go and keep scamming people! My name mohamad jalloul if anyone wants to check my review authenticity!

I’ve used CelMetro for years, and every time I’ve had any difficulties or breakages with iPhones or iPads they have always fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. The staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional; they never try to sell you anything beyond what you need, and give good advice on how to keep equipment running smoothly. I thoroughly recommend CelMetro and their services.
Last week we have fixed a screen for iphone 8 plus with CelMetro. Very nice employee, fast service. Even a complimentary screen protector has been put on. Warranty of 2 years offered, except physical damage, etc ... which it is obviously understandable.
Today we came back there as unfortunately a scratch has appeared on the screen few days ago. For no apparent reason. Phone has received no shock. Luckily, a warranty is here. The team was nice receiving us, but within seconds after hearing the reason of our visit, the automatic answer was " the warranty doesn't cover physical damage". Without proper examination by a technician, but an admin officer. Even they called their manager, Mr Francis, who just said over the phone that it is a physical damage, without him to have a visual examination!!

"Dear Kareem, if it's you phone then you very well know what happened. But if it's your wife's phone then no comments, just use common sense. My offer is valid until Sunday and I have given more than you deserve. Regarding reviews, it's gonna be an expensive piece of affair for you and being a family guy I under and I am still giving you a chance. I haven't taken any action for unfair customer reviews until now. This time i will not budge. you will see:) Hope you will think revaluate the situation and think about my amicable offer. When i told him i will have it fixed with Geeks in JLT he just answered me "Good Luck" and then "Also good luck with the next screen". What does this mean Mr Francis ? Are you aknowledging that this was expected and that it will be expected with any of other screens installed by anyone ?
Then another SMS from Mr Francis, "Please go ahead and publish and i will make sure you will pay for it dearly :) Even though your wife deleted the reviews i have all snapshots. For now I haven't initiated any action and the moment you make your move i will do mine"
You are threatening Mr Francis ? ( For information no reviews has been deleted and whatever the snapshots you have, happy to hear it)
Then he sent me a url of an article about misuse of social media in the UAE which is a crime. Mr Francis is trying to scare me not to publish any review about his service.
And again he sent me "Think again. You have a family. Keep you ego aside brother!"
I was a liar, then i have to use common sense to understand why the phone is cracked in case it is owned by a woman, then he threatens me with a law case if i publish my experience, then he calls me "brother" like a street guy.
Mr Francis, you can answer back, and if you call me liar, I will publish the screenshots of your messages. Better you respect your customers, offer them a coffee and a smile and support them to make them happy, and accept your responsabilities. But you have preferred the other way of taking us for stupid and then threatening of suit case. We are not criminal Mr Francis, just customers, and we have our rights.
Not professional at all. I left my Blackberry Passport there for days and days, they promised to fix my USB connector port with an official Blackberry Passport piece, instead they ordered a generic one that did not work. I waited more days, I constantly had to call them and chase after them because they never had the decency to call me to give me updates on my phone or be honest with me and tell me they could not fix it. After a wasted week with them I decided to go pick up my phone. I was so happy when they fixed my Blackberry Passport in 1 day and a half in "My Celcare JLT". The service in CelMetro was terrible, non reliable, and a waste of time! If I could I'd give them ZERO stars!
The worst service ever! They couldn't fix my iPhone 6 despite the problem was in the battery & touch ID only. All that took the whole week with a zero result! Besides that they didn't give me no one call and every time I had to call from my side. Moreover when I came to take my phone I had to wait exactly 25 minutes and those guys didn't even apologise!!!!! Never never come there!
