Good service! The staff are professionals in their field! My phone started to turn off spontaneously, the service staff said that it would take 1-2 days to find out the exact reason. The next day, they already wrote to me and said that the central processor had failed (to prove their words, they attached a photo of a disassembled phone and a disassembled processor). They said they could not guarantee whether they would be able to restore this processor, but they would try. I was very worried, but in the end they were able to restore it and the phone worked! Thank you very much! If they couldn't restore it, then I would have lost all the materials and photos that I have saved in my phone..
I was thinking whether to write review or not but I think that future customers need to know what type of place it is AS THEY RUINED MY PHONE. I brought here my iphone 14 promax. I had my back glass broken and lock side button not working. I came and the serviceman said he will fix it. So I left my phone and when I returned i saw that noone repaired my phone, moreover there was the line across the front display of the phone. When I asked what is this , the serviceman SAID THAT HE DID NOTHING, and accused me that it WAS already there. I called the owner and explained the situation, said that you can check camera, the front glass was ok. So he told that they will fix it and replace for free. I came and took my phone. The front glass they replaced didn’t fit to the original size, it broke after 3 weeks, when i dropped the phone, the back glass broke after 1.5 months, and after 2 months the side lock button broke. I didn’t want to go there again so I found repair shop at shams. They told me that the side button wasnt fixed, it was sticked with INSULATING TAPE, the glasses they replaced were the lowest quality. This tape and glasses burned my battery, so i need to replace battery soon. I purchased this iphone more than a year ago but now it costs NOTHING😭😭 it constantly is turning off, i need to charge it every few hours, it became dark after they changed the front. most sad thing that i PAID 500 aed for them to ruin it.
These guys are great. So accommodating and always very clear communication and fair prices. They are fast too. What more could you ask for? And they are on Reem too, which saves us from going into the city. Very pleased, indeed!
What makes this shop different is that their products are genuine, high quality, high variety of accessories, and prices are very decent considering they are located in a mall. I bought 2 Watch straps, each costs 30Dhs, 1 fast charging anker cable for 45Dhs. Definitely recommended and for sure will come back again. Thanks for the guidance and help @shop owners
