Disappointing Service Experience with Washing Machine Repair I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided for our washing machine. Despite being charged a substantial amount of AED 400 for repair, the issue with our machine persists. After the service, we noticed that the problem had not been resolved, so we reached out to your team immediately unfortunately instead of addressing our concerns, your team provided excuses, stating we are busy and eventually stopped taking our calls altogether. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after paying for a supposed repair. Given our bad experience, we do not recommend your service and felt cheated.
Extremely Poor Service. They came to my house, broke my cooktop instead of repairing it and went away . They said they would come and fix the same, but I never heard from them. I had contacted them reading the Google reviews, but now I feel that they have added the reviews by themselves. The technician did not even know how to open the cooktop knob, later he admitted he is not an expert and will send someone else. Why send a technician when he is not fit for the job ? Worse thing, they further spoilt my cooktop and broke another knob. This is a scam to collect 50aed as visiting charge Please be cautious before calling them to repair any appliance . i have spoilt my appliance even more after calling them, hope somebody else does'nt
