I have purchased huawei pura 70 ultra, unfortunately it doesn’t support work email (Company) while during the review, I have asked the sales if the Huawei mobile support notes emails for professional work, and he confirmed all is working similar to Samsung that have been used for the last 10 years, please don’t purchase a Huawei as it is not supported due to security concerns from international companies, don’t waist your money 💵 with Huawei!

Poor customer service via call center called yesterday to confirm the part is available and was told yes it's available in karama drive 2 hours today arrived and was told sorry can't be done leave item here and come back Tomorrow and that is after confirming the product was available sad to be honest and also was given a price on the phone and a different price at the store

Reply to your answer damage is done and now you're saying lies too, I've bills I can show u with proof that fast charging was working fine during my first service where u changed the battery and mic with us components and mentioned tested ok, lol I came back after this service saying my fast charging stopped working so don't say you diagnosed my fast charging before the service
Always trusted Huawei center for the services and the last time they fixed my phone they damaged my super fast charging port, lot of back and forth communication but the arrogance and unprofessional manager Nawaf or noaf whatever his name took it as a personal grudge to not fix my issue and instead came back with issues like my display has line mother board is damaged only if u fix this your fast charging will work. Like how the heck is my display related to charging port which was working fine before visiting the service center and they handed over the phone after service that everything is working fine but it wasn't when I went home and tried to charge my phone.
Super unhappy since emails has no response too.
If I had to rate the staff there especially the manager I'd give it a 0 not even 1
Review Update :- The folks replied to the review but no modes to reach back to them as they asked, looks like another betrayal and this might go to all the other review comments they have replied.
Absolutely Pathetic Service,
I had brought in my laptop for repair, a week back, they gave me a bland quotation and when I enquired regarding a few questions I had in my mind they they just blandly ignored me, and to top it all off they initiated a return and closed the case without my approval. When I tried raising this concern to the higher management they played around with me for a week giving fake assurances regarding a discount and wasted my entire week. I ended up spending hours taking to the customer care folks just to here after a week that the higher management had not approved any discounts. The whole ordeal just shows how bad the post purchase experience of huawei is and how badly they value their customers. Especially being a person who have been using the brands product for the last 5 years even after staying in India where the company has no valid services, I was dishonored to be treated like this. This would likely end my trust in the brand and the service they provide.
Summing it up they just provide a whole lot of fake promises which are never kept and top it all off they have the worst customer centric experience, both the Karama service center employees and the manager of the centre blamed the higher management for the ordeal and at this point I have no idea whom to trust.

The team is very responsive, but when it comes to maintenance, it is all about Lake of credibility, lake of accuracy when detection the issue. Lake of experience.
My p30pro 5 years old is in very good condition like new, phone got some water (Phone is IP 68) and was totally off, I sent to huawei service center al karama , their feedback was : I have to change the mainborad & the LCD screen as both are totally ruined due to water and it costs 1200 AED.
With exactly 40 AED cost, I sent the phone to a local service shop in Dubai & now I am typing this feedback using the phone & phone now is like nothing happened. Phone just had to be dried well to work perfectly again. I also needed to change the SIM card slot with cost of 60 AED..
It is very unfortunate to face such lake of credibility and accuracy from an authoritiesd center.
I don't recommend any maintenance there for anyone unless you are sure you want to replace a certain part of the device.

They helped me repair my old phone back to looking new. It's located in karma just 7Minutes walk from ADCB metro station just on one of the emirates accommodation buildings. The customer care is good I loved everyone ❣️ There is free wife, water coffee, and tea thank you
