I had the guys from Awal in today to clean the AC filters and vents . They did a fantastic job and were highly professional throughout. Asif was a gentleman and took care of things seamlessly. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company to anyone. Not only did they leave my brand new home a total mess, as evidenced in the photos, but they caused my ACs to leak water into my new ceilings. When my ceiling panel was removed in the kitchen water came all over my new cabinets causing damage. I was on site while they were doing the cleaning and it was extremely stressful as they made a mess wherever they went and refused to use proper protection of the site. Beware if you are planning to use them.

Not Recommended – AC Compressor Issue After Service
I booked a full AC service along with water tank cleaning. Three technicians arrived for the water tank cleaning, and when I inquired about the AC coil cleaning, they assured me they were the same team handling it. One of them claimed to be an AC technician, which is weird that same team cleaning water tank will do AC coil & unit cleaning
Unfortunately, after the service, my AC stopped cooling. Upon inspection, it was found that the compressor had failed. When I contacted them for a resolution, they refused to take responsibility but later offered to cover 50% of the replacement cost—raising concerns about their accountability.
I strongly advise exercising caution before using their services, as improper handling can lead to costly damages.

Discount = half decent job.

They charged me 450 AED + VAT for duct cleaning only and claimed this offer is at 50% discount! Great offer! right? Definitely not! It's a regular price with most companies in Dubai with 5 start rating on Google. Technically, this was a scam that I paid for regardless of the offer.

AC fans and coils should have been cleaned at the same time to ensure clean air + and save time [ 2 jobs at one visit ]. Otherwise, the ducts will be dusty again very quickly as well.

They never offered or explained the difference initially, I wouldn't have known the real service unless the team has mentioned on the way out + offered me a discount! [ Additional 500+ VAT ] Isn't that a great scam !?

Some neighbours had positive experience with this company so we wanted to give a try and booked for 3 jobs, AC deep cleaning, AC vent cleaning and water tank cleaning. I was told that the team would be at 8.30 am. Since I have not moved in yet, I travelled to the new house in order to open the door. But they came 2 hours later without much explanation. I wished that I would have been notified at least. I was initially told that the team would need 2 days to finish everything and that was fine with me. So the team came at 10.30 am and I was told that they would finish at 5pm. At 3.30pm I received a call that they were done and when I went to the new house, they were wrapping up. I was surprised that they were done so quick (despite being 2 hours late).

One of some issues after the job was that they applied silicon around the vent to seal but they have applied too much and it looked awful (it did not look like that before the job). I gave a few hours to dry to see whether it would look better but since it was a glossy silicon instead of matte, its glue-like texture was very visible. As I shared my concern, I was told that the team would return and would rectify. They arrived on time and was very grumpy telling me that this is how they finish every house and we need to get someone else to repaint the wall. There is nothing more they can do. Afterward, they offered to redo the sealing in front of me but one guy was simply applying more and more silicon over it. They took 3 vents off and re-did it but it wasn't any better. So we decided to leave it there and find someone else to rectify.

They might have done the job (cleaning part) well but the beginning (arriving 2 hours late) and the finishing were poor. I do not know whether that is how they work everywhere but one guy was even throwing tantrum (throwing his towel and tools). I got a horrible look as I asked to put the mask (I am in the process of moving and there are many people coming and going everyday and it is for everyone's interest that people keep their masks indoors).

I think they should have a new training on how to apply silicon because I felt I could do better myself.

I am not sure whether I would recommend this company especially now I need to pay more to rectify their finishing.

- Edit: they claim that the team came back and only left after I was satisfied. Look at the picture. I just gave up because they were making even worse and I had enough of their tantrum.

Worst service ever for multiple reasons:
- appointment was at 8.30am sharp and they arrived 1hr later without even bothering to call
- bathroom door got damaged when they were moving the ladder and did not say anything and I only saw once they left
- during the process of cleaning the AC filters they completely scratched the expensive shower tiles and once again they did not bother to cover it up to avoid damaging those and even worse they did not say anything
- ultimately, when finished the job they told me that everything was done as agreed and only after few minutes they left I have received a WhatsApp message saying that half of the job was not done
In summary, extremely unprofessional, not reliable, I’m not sure they know what they are doing and now it will cost me a fortune to fix the door and shower floor. All in all my advice stay away from them and go for professionals that know how get things done properly and in an honest way!
