I politely approached the lady supervisor to ask for help and for some guidance about my situation regarding my vehicle registration. But what I experienced is humiliation. Shouted at me like I'm a dog and was told to wait outside the building because I don't have the correct documents. Before this, I was waiting for my token to be called. While sitting with other customers, I was so shocked to see how she treat the customers. The way she told them to sit, to wait outside if they don't have the necessary papers, and even the way she respond to a timid person asking question. She is showing everybody there that she is superior and above everyone.

I end up completing my car registration from other RTA centre with ease and very helpful to answer all my questions.

Management of AG cars, please check your staff.

Done my vehicle passing but didnt get the report. As they told me within 5 minutes you will receive the report. Its been hours am waiting for the report but didnt receive any. Calling the toll free number and they are not able to help out. Gave me deira branch number no one is answering the call. I called 15 times to the number.

The workers working on the car are nice. But the employees sitting in the office are not welcoming and are rude. They are missing from their desk most of the time and the Filipino cashier is very rude. Shouldn’t be working in customer service. I had an appointment for 9am and they said I don’t have an appointment . They don’t care about the customers. Will not recommend.

Very efficient testing and admin staff. I did my test and transferred ownership in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend on weekdays as it emptier than weekends

Worst experience ever in the UAE. Worst behaviour by the lady staff name Fatma muhsen sitting in counter number 2 . She has absolutely no respect for the client. She behaved with me in very impropriate way by tearing off the my papers for registration transfer. Very rude and arrogant, extremely disappointed by this behaviour.
