I had a horrible experience here today. I went to get my car washed for 37 aed, which I paid by card before the service was provided to me. Then, when it came to vacuuming the car, the man vacuuming asked for 120 aed in cash specifically (he said he won't accept card) to clean the seats. This was extremely shady and unethical. Finally, he didnt charge me because I told him I would complain to ENOC about this.
I never expected scams at AutoPro or ENOC.
I hope the management takes the necessary actions to protect their customers.

Ridiculous prices were given for tires, and the lady was forcing me only one type “bridgestone,” as they don’t have any other brands. When I told her I will raise a complain she said I can get you other brands too, very shady. Plus the quote I got for timing belt was other ridiculous issue as they charge only for labor 1000 dirham .
However, I just changed my 4 tires, plus timing belt, my car was fully serviced and I changed my break pads for all the tires only for 4000 dirham and yes in Dubai.
I will never use Auto Pro again for my services and I moved for a better service center.

Very nicenplace for a car wash the staff is very cooperative and nice people. I had the chance to getting my car washed there will go there again. Also in that petrol station there are food establishments as well.
Was low on fuel, went to petrol pump. My car fuel door was stuck. Asked auto pro for help. Guy took screwdrive and broke the door. He told me this is only way. When went to garage they said it is possible from hood. However door lock coated me AED 200.
You see if you go pay 10 dirham on washing small shops they wash almost the same.. paying 37 dirham such a waste of money they think the car will always be clean it gets dirty every 1-2 day SO WHAT I pay again and over again for 37..?
