Asked for a quote for spare parts on my BBS wheels, as they are one of two official dealers.

Great lovely Autos workshop theme in Dubai ... BBS wheels with Panthera brand and Akrapovic technology brand dealer in UAE 🇦🇪.... professional workshop for super car with sport car and Europe spesifc cars .

I contacted them for major service of my car by email but after repeated reminders did not get a response. I even called them and was promised a response from their service advisor but for four business days did not get a response. I found this very unprofessional so I took my car to another service centre specialising in German cars.

I’ve just had a bad experience with Autohaus; I dropped my Audi A5 on the first week of Sep 2020 to maintain a noisy sound that keeps clicking ... I spoke to the workshop manager and I informed him that I need to fix this noise in specific and nothing else .... after inspecting the car he informed me the problem with the propeller shaft which needs to be replaced .. the price of the new spare part is around 10k Aed .. so Autohaus advised me that they can source out a second hand spare part from US at 2800 aed which I paid in advance in order for them to proceed ... it took around 24 days for the part to arrive from the States and shockingly when they fix it in place the problem was not solved which means the diagnosis they did was completely wrong .... no refund was made and on top of that they did not what was the issue ...after investigating further they informed me that this can’t be solved and this is normal sound .. this can’t be true and doesn’t make any sense as I had the car for the past 15 months and it is just recently I had this issue ....

So I took the car after 28 days and the issue was not solved ... it is unprofessional and I will never recommend this workshop to anybody .... It is lesson to learn not to be deceived with the clean and tidiness of the Outside look of the the workshop ... for me it a complete waste of money and time .....

And PLZ google Autohaus Admin don’t write a statement saying “sorry to hear that” .... Act professionally if you really care about your client instead of writing apologies every now and then ....

Mark and Jurgen are very professional gentlemen and helped out install my new headers and Exhaust system onto my car. As I travel alot they sent me videos and pictures of the installation and final sound check. 1 year later and she is still perfect and sounding amazing. Thank you AutoHaus team

This is not a car workshop; This is a …factory where cars (including some of the royal family) are worked on…! 🙂 On the downside, it appears they don’t take complicated cases, just basic ones (like service & maintenance, perhaps because that’s where the profit is). For example, they do not work on the security system (they send you to the dealer) although other -serious- workshops in UAE do.

This is the best Auto Repair Workshop I have ever dealt with and I strongly recommend it to all Audi owners.They go out of their way to help, are seriously good value and super kind helpful staff. They fixed my car with no fuss and lots of care - its a full 5*'s from me! Please note for some reason this review posts my older sons name instead of mine, Best Tom H

Unfortunately I cannot leave a lower rate. I started to use AUTOHAUS few years back for both my cars and suggested the place to the my company as well which brought several cars…
If you need normal maintenance is fine but as soon as there is a problem, (unless you have a luxury car) they simply say everything is fine even if you mention it is not.

After 2 times of unsuccessful results but money spent, I had to bring the car to another workshop to get it repaired…

The funny part is that AUTOHAUS was replying to my complaint after days and days and days with no solution…

Unprofessional way of dealing with customers and delay in the car inspection and quotation, and unfortunately you cannot contract the manager Mr. Mark!! It seems its like VVVIP person or maybe we are very very very less... seriously it was very bad experience and i will never ever repeated again.
