Such great service from A- Z. First time I am using Auto Fix and I highly recommend Mohamed and the team for the exceptional service and quality of work. For sure this is the only car service center I will be using in the future. Thank you all - my car looks and sounds amazing and is now running like a dream.
Very worst service i have ever seen. Seriously not recommended to anyone. It's better to go in local garage.
لو عايز تدمر عربيتك وتخسر فلوسك، وديها عندهم
I took my Range Rover for maintenance. They performed a full inspection and gave me a detailed report with a quotation of 5,400 AED (attached). After some negotiation, we agreed on 5,000 AED. They promised to get the spare parts in two days, finish the work, and deliver the car by Saturday.
Saturday came, and they told me the car wasn’t ready yet, saying they needed more time and that I could collect it Monday since Sunday was their day off. From Monday to Wednesday, I waited, and finally, on Wednesday afternoon, they handed me the car. As soon as I drove off, I heard a loud, strange noise.
I went back immediately. At first, they sent someone with me who dismissed the noise, claiming it was "normal." I demanded the branch manager accompany me for a test drive. He finally admitted the noise was not normal and had no clear cause. He asked me to leave the car, but I had an urgent errand and my other car was out of service. I promised to return it the next morning, Thursday, which I did.
They assured me they would find the source of the noise. By Friday, they had done nothing. On Saturday, I went back to the workshop, only to discover that not only had they failed to fix the noise, but they had created more problems.
Now, the car has:
- A malfunctioning ABS system
- Disabled traction control
- Persistent errors that can't be cleared from the computer
- A stiff, unresponsive steering wheel
- Air conditioning leaking water inside the car
I handed them my car for maintenance, and they returned it with disasters, charging me 5,000 AED for the privilege.
Update: The original car key has been lost, and upon inquiry at the dealership, I was informed that a replacement key costs 2,500 AED and takes up to a month to issue, involving complicated procedures. This demonstrates a high level of negligence on their part.
If you want your car ruined and your money wasted, take it to them. I will pursue legal action, but it’s my moral duty to warn others with this review.
وديت عربيتي رانج روفر عشان أعمل صيانة. عملوا فحص شامل وطلعوا تقرير بالمشاكل، وبعتوا لي عرض سعر بـ5400 درهم (مرفق). بعد تفاوض معاهم، اتفقنا على 5000 درهم. وعدوني إنهم هيجيبوا قطع الغيار في يومين، يخلصوا الشغل، ويسلموني العربية يوم السبت.
يوم السبت عدى، وقالوا لسه بيشتغلوا عليها، وإن العربية هتبقى جاهزة يوم الاثنين، لأن يوم الأحد إجازة عندهم. من الاثنين للأربعاء فضلت مستني، وأخيرًا سلموني العربية الأربعاء بعد الظهر. أول ما اتحركت بالعربية سمعت صوت غريب وعالي جدًا.
رجعت لهم فورًا، في الأول طلع معايا حد من عندهم وقال إن الصوت عادي. لما أصريت إن مدير الفرع يطلع معايا، اعترف إن الصوت مش طبيعي وإنه مش فاهم السبب. طلب مني أسيب العربية، بس كان عندي مشوار ضروري وعربيتي التانية عطلانة، فقلت له هاخدها وهرجعها الصبح الخميس، وده اللي حصل.
قالوا هيشوفوا مشكلة الصوت، لكن لحد الجمعة ماعملواش أي حاجة. رحت لهم السبت، لقيت إنهم ماحلّوش المشكلة، والأسوأ إنهم بوظوا حاجات أكتر.
العربية دلوقتي فيها:
- نظام ABS معطل
- نظام مانع التزحلق واقف
- أخطاء في الكمبيوتر مش بتمسح
- الدريكسيون بقى ناشف زي الحجر
- التكييف بيسرب مية جوا العربية
سلمتهم العربية عشان يعملوا صيانة، رجعولي عربية متدمرة، واخدوا مني 5000 درهم على الكوارث اللي عملوها.
تحديث: تم فقدان المفتاح الأصلي للسيارة، وبعد الاستفسار في التوكيل، تبين أن تكلفة استخراج مفتاح بديل تبلغ 2500 درهم، مع فترة انتظار تصل إلى شهر وإجراءات معقدة. هذا يعكس إهمالًا شديدًا من جانبهم.
لو عايز تضيع فلوسك وتدمر عربيتك، وديها عندهم. أنا أكيد مش هسكت وهتخذ إجراءات قانونية، لكن واجبي أحذر الناس من التعامل مع المكان ده.
