I have always maintained my car with Hyundai Sh. zaid Road Dubai now it above 120k km.. I came to RAK because Dubai is Fully booked and i need to do renewal of the mulkiya soon.. Rak Hyundai sevice center had a good rating and i burnt fuel all the way from dubai to you guys just for service ..i leant of a growing crack on my wind shield drivers side sometime on the way back to dubai after service i checked it and its due to an impact with a tool. I reported this but since i had already left the service centre i have to incur the whole cost of replacing the whole windscreen as in they have denied it and claimed it on may be a stone on the road.. i never had any issue on the road with stones.. . my advice check your car properly after service
So unprofessional, they don't even answer your calls and instead divert their phone lines to busy. I've tried calling them so many times to book an appointment for my car inspection. I don't know if the branch in-charge is even doing any kind of customer service audits for his team, especially in RAK. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish there was a ZERO Rating I'd love to give that to you guys. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The thing I hate most about my Hyundai car is the service center in rak. None of the workers know how to conduct proper tests or fix the actual parts that are wrong with the car and return the car more broken than I left it with them. This place needs to get better hires.
Very Good , Ask for Mujeeb in Service Center and for Spare parts ask for Mr. Aneez, very well trained and customer service oriented person. I am been dealing with for the past 5 yrs for my personal car
