Good people and better service. These guys work fast and efficiently. They had my car for 24 hours and my sideview mirror was replaced. The work was done easily and they even managed to fix a few scratches that i had not noticed. Job well done and enjoyed their coffee as well. Highly recommend.

November 1, 2024 I took my nissan sunny for oil change and inspection for which I paid 250 AED plus VAT. They didn't give me the invoice and inspection report. Today is 5 November ,2024. The same issue I faced it in June 2024. Not recommended for others who want to go AG Cars for car service

One of the worst car service ever in RAK , car given to them for full paint but I got it with scratches and very dirty , stuff their ignores customers calls very poor of informations
I called their GM to complain twice his office told that he will call back but nothing happened
Just imagine that
Even not deserve single star but nothing less to chose

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back

I wish I could give this place zero stars. As a loyal customer for over a year, I expected decent service, but this recent experience was the worst. . When I asked the staff what was going on, they were rude and dismissive, saying they were "busy."

To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, had to take it back, and instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault. They didn’t even offer a discount for their mistake.

This isn't the first time I’ve noticed the quality of their service declining, but after this, I’m done. Save your time, money, and sanity – go somewhere else!

Unproffessional and bad painting....!!! Do not damage your car by giving car here...
This is genuine review from my experience..I dont know why other people are putting five star reviews. Dont believe...!!!

My car (porsche cayenne) gave here by insurance due to an accident. There was only minor scratches on one corner of bumper. They painted all my bumper very unproffessionally. When I got the car I am surprised that painting is uneven, gaps between fitted parts and paint scattered to all other body parts. Then I returned my car and they again repainted full bumper. Now I can see many pinholes on the paint, also paint particles inside my headlights and other body parts....

Very bad expereince - Avoid AG Cars in RAK!

I had a frustrating experience at AG Cars that I feel compelled to share. After noticing some noise from the steering of my 2016 Kia Sportage, I visited this shop based on their assurances of thorough inspections. Mr. Asfar, the representative, initially suggested a significant issue with the steering rack and provided an initial estimate of 16,000 AED for repairs, which seemed excessively high. He then said we'll give you a discounted estimate with the used parts and they have already inquired for the cost of used parts.

I was told I have to pay 250 AED + VAT for the estimate, which is adjustable. They delayed a whole week to give me a revised estimate, and when I finally had my car checked elsewhere, I found that the actual cost of necessary repairs was only about 10% of their estimate. When I reached out to AG Cars for a refund of the initial charge as I'll not continue with them, I was informed that they would not refund or adjust the amount for future services unless I accepted their inflated estimate.

This feels like a blatant cash grab. I understand that diagnostic fees are standard, but the way they operate lacks transparency and fairness. I recommend looking elsewhere for car services to avoid being overcharged and misled.
