A couple of months ago, I had the worst experience ever with this kia service centre but decided not to write a bad review and heart their reputation and to give them another chance. I went back to them for a service yesterday and got an even worse service too so I thought to myself no, this is getting worse and worse and decided to write this review. About 4 months back, I took my new car for a repair after an accident for minor damages, a scratch on the car door's handle and small dent on the car's body. I have a very good insurance that paid them lots of money for these small fixes. Rather than getting me a new door handle, they just sprayed it with a very cheap finishing! I couldn't believe my eyes! After I made a big fuss, they took the car back and replaced what I requested. Yesterday when I gave my car for service and came back to collect it, my car's leather arm rest was dirty and covered white stains. When I raised my concern, and to make it worse, they brought a cleaner that had a dirty black piece of cloth, and started cleaning the interior oily car hinges then the leather arm rest with the same cloth which made it worse. Very very disappointed with this service centre. Will try another one in a different emirate.

Not satisfied at All .. the customer lounge is super hot .. no one asks you if you need to drink somthing or needed anything .. i asked WiFi passwor tp do some work on my laptop till the service is done .. just not comfortable.. i was considering buying a new car here in RAK but now am getting 2nd thoughts
Service is fairly good but the issue is no body answering the phone or give you any further update on what actions they will do to the car which end up waiting for long time at their office
