Customer Sentiment:
Overall customer sentiment appears mixed, leaning towards positive based on the high average rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 611 reviews. However, the provided sample of reviews reveals a significant divergence in experiences. While many customers express high satisfaction with the quality of work, professionalism, and efficiency, a notable portion highlights serious concerns regarding customer service, communication, and accountability.
Service Quality:
Positive feedback frequently mentions effective repairs, quick turnaround times, and the ability to fix issues that other garages could not. Specific services like auto body repair and brake work receive praise. Conversely, negative reviews detail instances of recurring problems after repairs, potential damage caused during service, and a perceived lack of thoroughness in initial diagnostics.
Common Themes:
Recurring positive themes include the professionalism and helpfulness of the team, efficient service delivery, and reasonable pricing. Negative themes prominently feature poor communication, delays in service and parts procurement, issues with warranty and accountability for problems arising after service, and concerning reports of aggressive or evasive behavior from staff, particularly management. The experience with specific staff members, such as Mr. Shajeer, appears to be a point of contention in negative feedback.
Final Assessment:
Based on the provided data, Alzaabi Auto Care demonstrates the capacity to deliver high-quality technical service, as evidenced by the high overall rating and positive reviews highlighting successful repairs. However, the significant number of negative reviews detailing issues with customer service, communication, and accountability raise concerns about the consistency and reliability of the overall customer experience. While the business excels in technical execution for many, the reported instances of poor handling of issues, lack of transparency, and unprofessional conduct from staff indicate areas requiring significant improvement to ensure a consistently high-quality and reliable service for all customers. Potential customers should consider the disparity in experiences when making a decision.
Aggressive, evasive, and untrustworthy service avoid this place!
I brought my Renault Megane GT 1.6 Turbo to Al-Za’abi Auto Care to replace the front brake pads and resurface (skim) all four discs. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a nightmare. After getting my car back, I immediately noticed a “Check Power Steering” error on the dashboard, which had never appeared before. Running an OBD scan revealed new errors, specifically the Check 4-Wheel Steering fault, which clearly occurred after the brake service.
The shop was completely evasive from the start. They claimed they didn’t know what the issue was, suggesting at one point to disconnect the battery to reset the system but refused to take responsibility if the car’s memory got wiped. The following day, they suddenly shifted the blame, saying it was a problem with the 4x4 steering module, an expensive part that’s supposedly hard to find and even harder to calibrate. Throughout all of this, they continuously evaded the main issue—the power steering problem that arose right after they worked on the car.
When I calmly voiced my frustration to the technician, mentioning that I might pursue legal action, things took a disturbing turn. The manager approached my car and said, “If you have something to say, say it to my face,” even though I had already spoken calmly in the office. They then began lightly bumping the car in a disrespectful manner, telling me to “get out.”
I responded firmly, saying, “Don’t touch my car and step away from the vehicle,” but they replied, “I’ll smack it again”—and did just that. At that point, I opened the door to push them back, intending only to get them away from the car, not to engage physically. However, they pushed me back inward and continued becoming more aggressive. After I stepped out of the car, I told them, “Take responsibility for your wrongdoings. I’ll see you in court.”
In response, they started repeatedly bumping and hitting the driver’s side door while others had to intervene. Despite my clear intention to avoid escalation, they continued being hostile, even slapping the hood of the car hard. As I told them to leave and informed them again that I would be pursuing legal action, they dismissed my words, saying, “Everyone here will testify against you.” I simply responded, “Go ahead. I’ve said nothing wrong. I’ve said I’m taking legal action, and I’m saying it again: I’m taking legal action.” Then I left.
Throughout this entire fiasco, the manager was yelling from a distance, making belittling remarks like “Know what you’re talking about, know how the car works, and then come and talk and argue,” as if I was ignorant about my own vehicle. This kind of condescending and hostile behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
This encounter was beyond unprofessional and showcased the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle, and their aggressive behavior was completely unacceptable.
If you care about your vehicle and want to avoid a shop that dodges responsibility and becomes hostile when confronted, stay away from Al-Za’abi Auto Care. They lack accountability, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered.

A response for you fine people.
Let’s set the record straight. First, my car has been exclusively worked on by your team—no other garage has carried out any repairs or jobs. Get your facts right before making such claims.
Second, Miss Shaima, the manager, was the aggressive party during the incident. Her physical assault on my vehicle, as well as her increased tone and shouting, led me to respond verbally. There was no abusive language on my part; I simply raised my voice to stand my ground.
The footage from your cameras will reveal the truth about what really happened, so don’t twist the facts.
You can have a look at the reports from 1/06 when I brought the car in for an overheating issue, vs when I brought it back after the brake job.
You have the nerve to brag about your services.

An absolutely amazing place with great hospitality. My dad’s car had a bump from someone hitting it with their door. I took it to multiple garages and they all said it couldn’t be fixed without repainting. But when I brought it here, they said with confidence. We can do it and they did perfectly. They fixed it within the same day and even delivered the car to our house.Quick, clean, and professional. Highly recommend.
Excellent service and a great experience! The team is professional and very helpful. They repaired my car efficiently and quickly. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
Excellent Service and Professional Team! I recently had my car serviced at Alzaabi Auto Care, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. They provided a thorough diagnosis, explained everything clearly, and ensured that the repairs were done to the highest standard. The workshop is well-equipped, clean, and organized, reflecting their commitment to quality service. The staff was friendly, honest, and transparent about costs—no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. My car now runs smoothly, and I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Alzaabi Auto Care to anyone looking for reliable and efficient auto services in Abu Dhabi. Keep up the great work!
I have serviced car at Al Zaabi Autocare Auto Service Car Repair in Abu Dhabi
I have a few things to say the mechnic team works well but this is the only good thing I have to say.
Although I have ordered a service to be done and I am not a mehnic and this is the first time with this car in Al Zaabi Autocare I have to say that the level of profationalsim in terms of process client and cars is very low (in my case zero)
I have oredred a service over the phone for 9:00 offcourse they have arrived at 9:30 and only at 10:00 Oclock I was “processed” by Mr. Shajeer
The following issues had happened it the sequence of how the Gargge worked on my care
1.The garage have started the service without any proper check of the engine and the computer engine for I have serviced car at Al Zaabi Autocare Auto Service Car Repair in Abu Dhabi

The following issues had happened it the sequence of how the Garage worked on my care
1.The garage have started the service without any proper check of the engine and the computer engine for malfunction
2.They have started the service without attending to the engine and mechnical problems
3.In the middle of of the work after 12:30 I have only recived that there are issue in the engine and another few things
4.No details of pricing and labor were provided to me at 12:30 only that there are issues
(this garge brags that they are to fix my car model and manifacturer brand so I would expect that they know how to price it - so no they don’t)
5.So Mr. Shajeer the representative of Al Zaabi Autocare promised me that first thing in the morning they will have a quatation (No they didn’t
6.Before the work have started I have pointed to Mr. Shajeer about the issues and I was ignored and the garage just continued with the standard service.
7.At the end of the day when I have received the car after “the clean” that was border line amateur I have pointed out Mr. Shajeer that he lack credibility due to several request that I have explained to him that he did a bad job in the process of my service.
8.The Garage “comprehensive check “ are so comprehensive that the wipers that are in a bad conditions none of the caps or screws that are missing have been added …. And the list goes on and on.
I have would put 1 star but because we have not passed the service to address the major issues I give some benfit of the dought to ther mechnic but Mr. Shajeer – should address the way he process customers because in my case I have lost all confidence in Al Zaabi Autocare Auto due to the way Mr. Shajeer conducted the process
Basically all of the service does not worth anything except that 2400AED that I have paid as none of the issues were addressed in proper procedure and manner
i went their today 29.04.2025.
we meet Mr Shajeer to discuss for ac repair.
he left us in waiting area for 30 minutes without informing us, where he is going.
Finally we take our keys and left
I’ve dealt with over ten different garages around Mussafah, and I can confidently say that Alzaabi Autocare has been the worst by far. Their customer service is unprofessional and unreliable. If they tell you your car will be ready tomorrow, don’t be surprised if you’re still waiting a week later—with little to no updates.
Worse yet, they’ll give you a quotation filled with parts that don’t even need repair. If you decline to replace the parts that are still in good condition, you may find those same parts mysteriously damaged when you pick up your car. It’s as if they intentionally ruin working components just to pressure you into more repairs.
This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a warning. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, stay away from Alzaabi Autocare.
I am trying to help you here, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
Turns out they contacted me after the incident! I FEEL VERY HAPPY THAT THEY follow this system that helps people have a great service; this situation below was isolated one and they offered me to do the skimming of the disks and they also collected and delivered the car within same day; i feel valued again as a customer by alzaabi; let me add that the car now runs smooth as before!... THANKS A LOT Very bad... i did a repair there; in november, and today i went back to check because again is presenting the same issue which was vibrating steering wheel when braking; they skimmed the disks before and the very first thin they say is we do not give warranty on anything; but in the whatsapp chat for the appointment they said bring it we will check for you and then we will see how we can help; but the reception was very straight forward, there will not be any help... at all... disapointed
very cooperative and helpful, professional service and helpful people
14/01/25 update
the staff has changed and the new staff doesn't want to help or do anything
10 days they haven't been able to get the parts and when I found a supplier, they've been delaying and asking me to do everything for them and they have had the car for 4 days now
