They kept me informed at every stage, ensured the paperwork was smooth, and the car was delivered on time in excellent condition. Really appreciate the transparency and customer-focused attitude. I recently had an accident. The insurance Recommended me an option of three workshops. I chose Ag Cars. I am glad they are very professional and the staff all of them are very kind. I dealt with Mr. Cahmeera. He gave me three days for the repair, on the second day, I received a call that my car was ready. The repair of the damaged area is perfect. The paint match is the same as the agency. My car was delivered in perfect condition with a good wash in and out . Thank you AG Cars ..

I went to have my car fixed, on Monday 3 March 2025 at 12:15, the receptionist talked very bad to me almost giving me orders to set down, and some body will come to help me, then this somebody came, and even the receptionist did not bother to ask the service provider to help me until I went and asked again after waiting for long time, then the service provider was also dealing with me very rude. Telling me we have a 3 week waiting time, will keep your car for at least a week. So I just left and went to another place. This is one of the worst places I have visited for car service. If I could, I would give them a zero star, they even blocked me from the start, even did not bother to listen to me or do I need to do to the car, as if they were telling me get off we are too busy, we are too good to listen to you even.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from your insurance team, especially from a staff member named Azim. He was very accommodating and provided great assistance during the turnover of my car. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and support shown throughout the process. It made the experience smooth and stress-free.

The worse service experience I had from AG cars. They don't have any proper documentation of the work. Service adviser is not able to provide an accurate information about the car which we drop. Even the job sheet itself with incorrect information. I have never ever had such bad experience from any service center other than AG cars Mussaffa Abudhabi.

They don’t work on transparency act. Small work repairs took over month and car was send 2 times back and going to send it for third time. They informed me that all body parts will be original used part with no damage however, my old damaged part was used with poor repair. Paint work very bad that they don’t know the basic of paint

Very poor service and lack of proper customer care. The call center gave me an appointment, but after reaching the service center in heavy Ramadan traffic, they refused service due to being overloaded, wasting two hours. In contrast, ADNOC completed the same service in just 15 minutes. Additionally, Sacoon Insurance offers a free monthly car service with AG Cars, but the service provided to insurance customers is substandard and unsatisfactory.

Very poor vehicle service with sibu supervisor. Better to make care service with other garage. Very big attitude person in Abu Dhabi
