I've called multiple times to inquire about the status of my car's service. They assured me it would be ready by 3 PM tomorrow and even provided their personal number. However, upon calling, there was no answer, and I was left on hold without assistance. I'm disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service.

Miscommunication Issue: They do not respect the customer by rescheduling the appointment for car maintenance without informing the customer.

The best Al Ghandi Service Center amongst the rest. The staff here are very professional, friendly and supportive. They know what they are doing and being very transparent with the work being done in the car.

pushing for more sales. told to change all 4 tyres but i recently got a new tyre last week but not their brand.

No correspondence on spare parts. Whn i came to receive the car, they said part not available.

gave the car 11 am. collection time 4 pm, got the car by 6 pm.

Third time to receive my car from the service centre with defects that were not there when I first handed over the car. I feel that they do these things on purpose to force us to repair our cars in their workshop.

This is my second time visiting this branch. Had my 90k service and I am incredibly happy how they serviced my car. Apart of standard service of changing oil, cleaning a/c etc …they also cleaned engine and fuel injector which made my car go really smooth and efficient. I’m also super happy with Zilon coating they applied which made car super shiny and hid the tiny scratches which I had previously. And all this was organized and guided by beautiful lady Amani Adnan whom I’m super thankful!☺️🙏🏼 She is super professional kind and made the whole process very fast and stress free for me! Thank you Amani and Al Ghandi RAK team for great experience!🫶🏼
