I I've called multiple times to inquire about the status of my car's service. They assured me it would be ready by 3 PM tomorrow and even provided their personal number. However, upon calling, there was no answer, and I was left on hold without assistance. I'm disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service.
Remove cover by staff. I gave them vehicle and when i get back there was not cover in my bonat. When I asked they said this cover was not good for your vehicle thats why we have removed. My question if this cover is not good my car so why company fix there in my car. Company know well or you? I lost my cover during service.
The dealer of Chevrolet is very unfriendly, but he acts as if he is. He took all the chances to make fun of me and my family over silly things, but then corrects his behavior with a perky smile. Although he answered most of questions, there were some where I had to push hard to get an answer for (the questions were very normal). The guy seemed to be out of energy and felt like he is asking me and my family to go away. This is the second time I enter the showroom and the second time I regret doing so. This branch never has any cars to test drive, NEVER. As for the prices they seem to be very high for the little they provide, but that is probably related to Chevrolet and not the showroom itself. The main reason I am giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star, is that at the end he responded positively to our request to open the car hood/bonnet.
The serivce canter staffs are not at professionals they told me that my car is under process & when I give them a visit I saw the car is same as I have stoped. I had an accident and they told me it will take a week to finish the car and I told them it’s ok I will wait, the supervisor Mr. Saeed was really good but he went for a vacation and the team under him was taking care but they are not at all professionals. I went one day before deadline of receiving the car it was after work time so what we all know that all the serivce canter keeps the serivce canter open 24/7 for the costumers to receive their car from the gate securities but in GMC RAK they never allow you inside after working ours so that day the security allowed me and I saw my car is not even started next day I called the customer serivce and they lied to me that the car is done then I told them how it can be I just saw my car and they were shock. Next day when I went there the security was saying me that he won’t allow me inside because the staff give him a warning. I hope this message goes to the GM managements and they should take an action on this I hope and I am sure if they goes and stays the same so many costumers will complain.
