i am not happy about appointments and dealing
I had a good experience in this workshop. They were very sincere and helpful. They were updating me about the jobs done on regular basis. Zeeshan was the service advisor who helped me to get our car work finished early.

Today I got call from call center and they told me that my issue is closed I was shocked they told me that someone already spoke to me and it’s not true because no one spoke to me this means even Al Futtim has internal communication problems 🤔 after 2 weeks they are calling me asking me how was the problem solved and I told them the problem is not solved because since 2 weeks no one called me 🤔
