Not Worth the Money – Unskilled Labor & Poor Service
I recently took my Mini Cooper to this place for two issues, and both experiences were disappointing.
1) Spoiler Replacement – they broke the side cap of my existing spoiler due to their lack of knowledge on how to remove or install it correctly.
2) Moonroof Curtain Replacement – They claimed the entire roof upholstery had to be removed and suggested taking it to an upholstery shop. However, after a quick YouTube search, I found out the correct method: simply removing six screws to take off the top glass and replace the curtain from the outside, not from the inside as they insisted.

This shows a serious lack of expertise among their workers. I would not trust them with my car again, Not worth the money.

Okay Service …

Went for car scratch fixing and AC vent replacement. Minor Scrates during parkings. But they asked for police clearance for it. Eventhough, Mulkiya was in my name, they said they cant do it.I wanted to fix it in 2 days cz, I was in RAK for a vacation. Thought to visit this place as it has the great reviews. It was a bad experience visiting there.
