Bad service for rental cars. 1 month my car in service and they refusing to give rental car because i dont have credit card. (I got rental car from them 2 times using debit card) now they are not allowing
Bad service, their main goal is to make the customer pay more even if the car does not need this procedure, The prices they put on the screen in the reception differ from the prices that they gave me , also I received my car with scratches.

Not good place to visit at all, very expensive 750 AED to do car’s check and all other places maximum 400 AED, not good attitude from people who are working there, sending car because of Gear problem they said it should be 90000 AED to do all maintenance, then telling after discount 45000 AED, after all telling last price 40000 AED which is like the full price to buy the same car
Such a bad experience , Not professional at all , their promises never kept ! They took a deposit from me and never give it back ! Worst experience ever ! I had been advised not to deal with this branch but didn’t listen! I recommend to go to almasood dealer .
