Al Aiman Home Appliances Repairing Center is a lifesaver! My refrigerator suddenly stopped working, and I was worried about losing all the food. They sent a technician within a few hours, who quickly identified and fixed the problem. The service was fast, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend them for any home appliance repairs!

Be careful of these guys. The only thing they can do well is servicing. They are not competent at repairs. I have been to their shop, and they did not even have a multimeter. Therefore, they are not able to check for the problem. They just make a guess and change the part, and if that does not work, they will change another part, and then another and every time the cost keeps going up. Once they realize there are no more tries left, they start ignoring your calls. A lot of their five-star reviews are fake. If you want to know the reality of what actually happens here, read the one-star reviews, and you will see a pattern emerge.

My advice to everyone who decides to repair with them is not to pay them until you test your appliance and make sure everything works. And ALWAYS GET A BILL. This will work as evidence if they cheat you.
My recommendation for everyone who has gone through this experience is to write to Consumer Rights in the Dubai economic department. I am going to do the same.
If we do not do this, they will continue to cheat others.

Beware of these people. The maintenance guy came to check my oven that was working on one side only and claimed that a sensor was responsible and needed to be changed without doing any checking or disassembly.

Where the sensor was, according to him, kept changing so I became suspicious, especially since he wanted 250 for the sensor. Then he also tried to convince me to do maintenance for another 150.

I refused and found another maintenance guy who came and fixed the problem, which was a simple blockage, for only 50 dirhams.

I had very bad experience with them. They were good in talking. They repaired washing machine and charged heavily but same error happened in 2 days time. I tried calling them, they attend the calls giving different options but visited after two weeks. Again they demanded money without any reason, repaired machine and next day again same error occured. I tried calling them and report error but they never visited. Their location on google map is also incorrect.

Really quick in response . When I called within 30 months reached for collecting the washing machine . Estimation was done quickly and took it after approval . As committed next day it was delivered and explained what work they have done . Really suggest them for quick service support. Thanks . Usman is really supportive in responding to our queries and delivering on time .

Technical teams responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. Their effort made a significant difference in our experience. AC servicing done by them was outstanding and deserves recognition.

Very worst response. Zero technical knowledge.
They cheated me and charged me. I am wondering about their service and I didn't get the answer.
Commonly after servicing all the equipments, it will work properly but after these guys serviced my Split AC, it is not working. So many times I am calling them no Proper Response.

Washing machine repair Shop Good work today

We had our kids room a/c given to them for repair as it stopped working. They informed us that the motor had to be changed. Total charges for repair + servicing and refill of gas will amount to Aed 450/-. After negotiations they reduced to 400/- and assured that the motor has six months warranty and if it doesn't work they will take the unit and repair.
We agreed and they picked the a/c and returned it the next evening. We paid and then gave them our another a/c for servicing convinced on their prompt responses and action.
The repaired a/c was not working at all and our kids were all sweaty in the morning. We complained and they came the same evening and did some electrical work and assured it would work.
We refused to pay for the servicing of the other a/c and told them that we will check if the a/c is working properly and will pay up the next day. The person wouldn't leave until we pay him part of the payment and told us that they will surely come to repair if it's not working. Out of compulsion we paid and now they are not taking our calls or replying to our WhatsApp messages.
We understand that it is possible that certain appliances can't be fixed. If it's not possible they should just tell instead of lying and conning people. We paid AED 500/- for an A/c that has not been repaired and no answer if they will fix or refund.
One suggestion to all the people using such agencies -
1. Always ask for a receipt for such repair jobs.
2. Ensure to take it writing if they commit on warranties.

If you have a receipt you can address your concerns to DED department and they will assist you in getting a response or even refund in such cases.

I see there are many good reviews of this company but you may not always be the LUCKY one.
