ADNOC services are one of the best ,i would highly recommend their app where you can add points after each refill through your bill and then you can enjoy many discounts on different activities and food options.Check out the app and unfold the discounts after gaining points through your bill.For money you spend on buying fuel ,you will earn points in the app if you add your bill through a QR code.
Always busy, but staff are very friendly and handling the customer always in good way.
Generally i like ADNOC stations but this one is different! 30 min to fuel my car, altho only 2 cars infront of me! for God’s sake it is a non rush hour time, Saturday 2:30 pm. Shortage in staff.

Very slow, very few workers jumping between stations.
Today I filled my car and I waited nearly 10 mins after the car was full for the guy to come and take the money.
Slowest service among all ADNOC stations. Employees don’t value customers’ time at all.
The staff is very very rude and doesn't have any manners
Visit the tyre shop and it's been great to visit here. The guy Muhammad (Egyptian guy) is very kind and professional in his work. Diagnose and solve the problem in minutes.

Yesterday I visited this station.during fuelling he ask me card or cash..I said card..un fortunately I had lost my card in the bank and I have the option to pay the amount by cash only,after fuelling the staff(approximately aged 48 )approach me for the payment and I said I lost card I can pay you cash,he refused to accept cash and murmuring, with bad attitude, when he saw its 500 aed cash ,he said no change,I said I too don't have change ,please get it..this was very attitude and arrogance from he staff.i don't prefer to see these bad type of customer service in adnoc.really feels bad day.
Attached bill for the reference.please advise your staff to behave calmly with customers first of all please stop asking customers "Card or Cash" ..this makes some inconvenience and confusion to the customers
