Amazing Service and Exceptional Care at BMW Care Workshop I visited today the BMW Care Workshop for my BMW 520i, smoke coming from the engine Bay issue , and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. A special shoutout to Azgar Bhai, whose expertise truly stood out. Azgar Bhai accurately diagnosed the issue with my car, something that other workshops either missed or exaggerated. His knowledge and precision in identifying and resolving the problem were remarkable. Not only was the issue fixed promptly, but the repair and maintenance cost were less than half of what I was quoted at other workshops in Dubai. Price quoted in Dubai was 2400 AED while here it was less than 1000 AED. The new location where they shifted recently is clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary tools to ensure top-notch service. The team was courteous, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the process. If you're a BMW owner looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and reasonably priced maintenance option, look no further than BMW Care Workshop. Exceptional Service at BMW Care Workshop – My BMW Feels Brand New Again! I have been a loyal customer of the BMW Care Workshop for the past three years, ever since my service and warranty contract with Swiss Auto in Dubai expired. Choosing this workshop has been one of the best decisions for my 2014 BMW 520i. At Swiss Auto, I was constantly assured that every issue my car had was "normal," while the bills piled up with little to no actual service being done. However, after switching to BMW Care, the difference was night and day. Here, every single problem was thoroughly diagnosed and resolved, restoring my 10-year-old BMW to a condition that feels as good as new. A huge thanks to Azgar Bhai, whose expertise and attention to detail were incredible. He identified the issues that were overlooked before and fixed them at a fraction of the cost I used to pay. The workshop team is professional, transparent, and truly values customer satisfaction. They have earned my trust, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. Expensive garage

I completed a major service of my 320i at tgis garage and writing review based on my experience. Last time I wanted to work on the car at another garage@BmW road, it was a very bad experience. Hence, i was quite afraid and skeptical when i was looking for a new workshop to do major service. Based on google I tried this shop. And I feel lucky to have found them. They repair only BMW. No wonder, Mr. Praveen, Mr. Asgar and the technicians are very knowledgeable about BMWs. Secondly, they will not try to cheat you... this is very rare to find. They told me the issues after a general inspection and showed me the areas of problem areas and the extent of problem, whether it needs immediate attention or can delay the repair. I got most of the parts needed (bcoz i was still skeptical) and they fixed it. But in the process I realized that they are very honest and straight forward. I could have entruated them to source all parts. And thirdly, their prices are very cheap compared to most other garages who repair BMWs. I have done a whole cooling system change, breakpad change, 4 arms and few other things replaced, change all filters and fluids (break, steering etc) and the regular service. Total labour cost was 1100 AED only. I become a fan of this garage. Best wishes to Mr. Praveen and his team. I shall advise all BMW owners to check out this place. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I don’t prefer anyone to go their when there work time finish and they want to leave they told me my engine damaged to let me leave and then making money sign by his hand to make me pay him the work he done instead of checking the car and the issue with it and he know i came from abu dhabi and he just say it easily that engine is damaged and then take his money and drop my car out and left, other garage at least they try to stay and help you not kicking you out and doing money sign by hands.

Even i was asking about your number to talk to you ( boss number ) but they reject to give and act like they dont hear me, and when its time to close kicked me out with my car and they now im from abu dhabi and they dont care just make me upset and frustration then leave by saying your car engine is dead you need to replace new one….
And then clicking by his finger asking for his work money instead of giving a 1% chance of the engine or try to check and fix it ..

Its my second visit after Long time , they still at the same level of professionalism , quick and accurate diagnostic , very respectful staff , specially Mr. Pravian and Asghar , they are truly BMW experts, Their workshop is one of the best in the City for BMW As well as their service is the best , they follow with you every single step and keep you updated of the work on your car , i am totally satisfied for the job on my car I really want to thank everyone single staff at the workshop Keep the good work Gents

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your garage recently. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention.

Firstly, I discovered that original parts were swapped with counterfeit ones in my vehicle during the servicing. This blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity are completely unacceptable. As a customer, I trust that the services provided will be carried out with honesty and professionalism, which was clearly not the case in this instance.

Moreover, there were significant delays in completing the service on my vehicle. This inconvenience caused me unnecessary stress and disruption to my schedule. Prolonged delays without valid reasons are inexcusable and reflect poorly on the efficiency and reliability of your garage.

Furthermore, the quality of workmanship displayed by your technicians was subpar and inexperienced. It is evident that the repairs were not done to the necessary standard, leading to further issues with my vehicle post-servicing. I expected competent and skilled workers to handle my vehicle, but the lack of expertise was evident in the results.

Overall, my experience at your garage was incredibly disappointing, and I am left feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the service provided. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take necessary steps to improve the quality of service and integrity within your establishment.
