I had hoped their service had improved, but I’m once again disappointed by their lack of professionalism. Back in 2022, I ordered an iPhone that arrived faulty not once, but twice and had to replace it both times, paying extra delivery charges and personally visiting their branch. Now in 2024, I ordered a 256GB iPhone XS and was shocked to receive a 64GB version instead, along with a C-type cable (which isn’t even compatible with the iPhone XS). This clearly shows poor product knowledge and carelessness. Also I had visited zam zam musafah branch to avoid delay and additional charges as seller told me to visit even before visit i told him, first confirm with the branch if they have same size model. Sellers from dubai office keep insisted to change it to another model and pay more. It honestly feels like a tactic to hold onto customer money, sending the wrong product, then dragging out the replacement process, claiming there’s no return policy, and making the customer pay additional delivery fees each time. Extremely frustrating experience. Highly NOT recommended.
I visited there in meena bazar from Palm Jumeirah on 27th march to buy s22 ultra, the shop keeper ALI RAZA told me the phone is ok and will work properly, i spend 150 AED to the taxi to reached there and after i go back home the phone is having issue i cant able to do add my cradit debit cards and the phone is heated while using the applications specily Youtube or Email application. On 2nd April i go back there again spend 150 AED to change my phone but all the korean model phone they are selling and the shop keeprs is not informing to their customrs, and what about my taxi fare mobile pouch and screen protector what i buy. I just lose my approx. 500 AED for taxi fares and i returned the phone. It was pathetic experience to shop with them and i recomended strongly not to visited there. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT AND THEY ARE MANIPULATING TO THEIR CUSTOMES HIDING THE INFORMATION WHAT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE.

WARNING ⚠️ Don't fall for their fake social media drama . I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro, and they deceived me by claiming it was original and waterproof. In reality, it was refurbished with duplicate parts, and even the sealing was missing. Stay cautious!
