Bought a washing machine from them and they assured full installation. However, they charged extra for electrical installation. They should understand that washing machine works on water and electricity and the installation included both electric and water installation. The owner/ staff is very rude. Will never buy from this place again. The prices are also not competitive.

I bought 2 Ogeneral AC from this company. I paid their technician team a separate fee of 1550 AED for each AC, and this is how they did the work. I was informed the wires for the AC were not managed properly so I contacted their technician team as well as Seven Wonders but they told me just to do a simple cable management, organize and tape the wires I need to pay extra. Don't recommend this company at all, poor customer service.

To respond to owners comment: The technician was recommended by your company. If you charge extra for managing cables, for sure you will charge extra for fixing AC even during its 1 year warranty period. Just 1 week after They installed my AC it started leaking I called the technician, he came and fixed it and then asked for 50 AED charges. Which I told him to peace off, since the device is under warranty. Don't buy from this company, the 5 years warranty plan which they charge extra for as well is just marketing, they won't fix the AC.

I have bought 2 Split AC Units & delivery was quick. They offer competitive better price than others. Mr. Mustafa was very helpful & friendly.

My experience with Sever Wonders was mostly positive. They delivered the AC on time, provided a competitive price, and arranged a good technician for installation.We are satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

They are cheating customers by giving fake apple products be careful before buying guys sharing you the proofs when you go to apple store its fake do not buy from sevenwonders they are cheating by giving less rates

Very Nice shop . Completely satisfied. Recently we came from India and got the best deal overthere , purchased iPhone 16pro max , selfie stick and Dell i7 Laptop. All team members are good and supportive, explain each and everything nicely.

We have called and check the price for TV and over the phone 620-670 range price was given. After requesting for discount, it was advised to visit the store. We went under impression that we might get some discount.

After crossing the traffic’s in gubaiba area we reach to the store. We were offered 700+ range. It was very disappointing to hear this price after coming from far location and with traffic’s.

I end up getting TV in Sharaf DG with 800 price because word of mouth was mattering to me the most than the price resistance. We felt that it was only a publicity by offering low price on phone and increasing while we come to store.NOT RECOMMENDED. Dissatisfied.

Worst experience ever … They don’t care about there customer satisfaction n need … They only show you the pictures of Products…. N if by chance we bought the product and not satisfied with it … if you request to change by paying extra more amount … they won’t do it … that’s my personal experience… so plz guys don’t trust them n there product ..
