After calling/messaging the number provided and explaining the problem requiring the maintenance, the person agreed on an appointment to visit and check the leak issue in our kitchen sink, but nobody showed up at the time agreed and stopped replying to any messages afterwards. This is unprofessional. Please look into this

Mr. Fahad and his team were excellent maa shaa Allaah. They replaced two pumps in our villa that had been corroded and destroyed by the sun and humidity in our area. They spent the better part of the day working on the problems. Even when they discovered that one of the new replacements was defective, they patiently took it back and got another one. They were punctual, and responded in a very timely manner via WhatsApp. I highly recommend them based on my own experience with them maa shaa Allaah.
They did really well with all the building work. We are so satisfied to have the pest control service from them. They are very honest with their work as we never got any issues after their fixing things. Best company👍
Worst experience, they promised to come and at every hour gave excuses saying their car broke down. For three days they would say we are on the way and never came. Unprofessional
