Bought a car at an inflated price, and it hasn’t been right since. Engine not performing, now a new fuel pump is needed. Took it for a warranty service, they changed the oil but didn’t secure the filter, which was leaking. so I was driving without oil for many KMs. May have ruined my engine. Terrible in every way.
Branch should be working today between 10 am to 7pm as per the website. I'm waiting here more than 40 minutes and all gates are closed and no body here!! I called the contact centre and the guy who answered me doesn't know what's going on exactly.
Excellent service specially I would like to mentioned about Mr Saeed customer service advisor at auto center is very exceptional in taking care of customer needs and satisfaction.
I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the level of convenience provided by the individual named Gajinder at the front desk. Despite presenting documentation from the main dealer regarding the KW branch Honda Accord, Gajinder insisted on a prerequisite of bringing the car in before any further assistance could be offered. This communication barrier led to a frustrating experience, casting doubt on the professionalism of the branch. If the front-facing staff fails to meet expectations, it raises concerns about the efficacy of the entire team. I also find it imperative to mention that a simple course of action for Gajinder would have been to engage a technician, present the request, and collectively reach a resolution. However, his handling of the situation lacked professionalism and failed to adhere to standard customer service practices. This further amplifies my disappointment with the overall experience at the branch. I just added From 2To three star because of the technician Arun. Great handling and explanation. He should be the one leading the team here. An absolute gem of a dealing.
I regret to express my very very bad experience in the bodyshop center with the staff name obaid almuhairi + supervisor suapnil kumar which dont have any professional way to deal with clients and insist for something which is not found..i never had a bad experience such with any car dealer shop or service center !!! All this bad experience am facing and still am within the guarantee period
