I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase from your shop. I bought an E-Scooter which has not met my expectations. The battery life is very poor, requiring a charge every 10km. Additionally, I have found the overall quality of the product to be substandard.

I found the WB shop on line, it was the closest one to my son’s school. We have two escooters, both ended up with flat tires and wobbling. They had everything needed in store, started immediately, found more issues and fixed everything on both scooters in 30 minutes. Great job!
I recently visited WB Bicycle shop at DIP 1 to get my bike serviced. The staff were friendly and helpful and they did a fantastic job on my bike.
I would not rate this shop more than 1 star because its a very bad service the way the mechanic treat the customer is really poor I would not recommend anyone going here not because of the service but the attitude of the mechanic
I am requesting the management to take and immediate action against him as this is a very bad way of service how he is treating the customers
I have visited the shop 2 days back the way he is looking at me and the way he is showing his anger towards my electric scooter is very harsh
