AutoPro - 7042

A few days ago I went here to install tire puncture but he did not do it. He was saying that we are not allowed to install tire puncture. I requested him a lot because at that time all other shops were closed but his supervisor did not agree. and I returned very disappointed

Efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. I have been a victim of so called garages near the area who even use fancy names for sales and marketing but does not even have their own mechanic to get the job done. A GARAGE WITH NO OWN MECHANIC - ALL OUTSOURCED! I have already had a lot of quick services with their 7042 branch and so far their service is excellent. I would only suggest if I may for AutoPro to have official garages in strategic locations to maximize the talent of their mechanics - this is in reference to full auto repairs. I am fully aware and understand most car issues brought to their shop are fixable but because their business model is designed for "quick fixes" only other customers like me tend to look for other shops rather than be serviced by them. You have a good team and a name to back it up - not just in branch 7042 but other nearby branches as well. I hope you can come up with a solution in providing full services to clients. Overall everything is excellent. More power guys and keep up the good work!

Great staff that are friendly and professional. The pricing here is very good, he will always give you different options and offer great advice. The service area is always very clean and tidy. We have tried many places but always return back here.

Inexpereinced staff on certain shifts. Otherwise no complaints.

Kudos to CJ, - friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Excellent service! The team (led by CJ) changed my wiper blades quickly and without fuss. I thought the price was reasonable, too. Happy Customer!

My car needed a break disc change today and Peter and his team did such a great job getting that done. Also rotated the tires and pumped them up for me and bled my breaks. They even discovered I had a suspension leak which I can at least go and get seen to using my warranty. Thank you Peter and your team for always being so accommodating, professional and knowledgeable! We will be back soon!! From the “ST Club” 😆

Over hyper pricing... they are charging 100 aed for just wiping engine cover ... 419 aed for oil change and unwanted addon services....

Very expensive tires. Due to an urgency, I had two tires replaced. A few months later, I requested that the same two tires be ordered. Although Mohsi repeatedly assured me that he would get the exact same tires for me, it turned out that they were not the same. I called him again, he was very rude and unclear, he said it's not their fault but if they will check our phone record, it is clearly their mistake. Do not go here even if it is an urgent need, better to go shops near to them. Worst customer service especially this Mohsi guy

Very worst service.. Especially the Philippine male staff there is very rude.. Behaving like he is giving some donation for the costomers... Very worst... I went there for oil change... He ask me for some extra services i denied so he smashed my car bonet... Ver worst behaving...
