I don't know how others giving good reviews to this company may still not reach to guarantee terms with them. They give only a 1-month guarantee! They buy a new compressor for the fridge and fix it but they they don't give a guarantee about it. From where they buy they get a guarantee but not give us a guarantee. This is nto fair

I had a very bad experience, They gave me one time to visit and keep changing the time. Then came with Trolley but without any tools. I asked them to repair at home but they said that haven't brought any tools. When I asked them few technical questions they were not able to answer, It seems they send their driver and one helper to take the appliances and do repair and bring back. finally they took 75 Dirhams to just see my washing machine. Who ever calls them please do a proper check before calling.

If giving a negative rating were possible, I would have done so. Please avoid this company—they only care about money and nothing else. Their services are poor, the quality is terrible, and they are highly unresponsive. Once you hand over your equipment, you’re at their mercy. They lack any understanding of customer satisfaction and have no professionalism in communication. I strongly advise against using this company. I am breaking my head getting my dishwasher repaired through them where they charged half the cost of the new dishwasher, after repairing dishwasher was not working they came up with there idea its dirty and asked another 250aed for that just in one month time. Pathetic company.

Please go elsewhere. The guy ripped up my brand new flooring, left out a piece from my washer and dryer, and swore loudly and repeatedly when he was having trouble maneuvering the machine. I have tried calling them back and they will not answer my calls. There's no way he didn't see the huge rip in the flooring, but he just charged me $280 and left. Update- I just got through to the company. They said they are not responsible for home damage, called me a terrible person, and refused to let me speak to a manager, and then hung up on me.

Was the worst experience i ever had in Dubai. They took my Original German Bosch washing machine to try to repair an issue by replacing a small electrical part and returned the machine after they failed to repair it and the electrical detergent compartment was stollen and replaced by basic standard one.
Totally unprofessional and no respect to customers rights and time.
