Avoid at all cost - went with an engine problem and ended up with other problems - including damaging my car key switch - and saying they can’t fix it . I’m in the process of taking the car for the agency through a wench service. Car With them for 10 days and zero action!!

I Bring a VW to them for complete inspection and was really disappointed by the Price and Service , for a Vehicle of the value around AED 20000 they quote me around AED 20500 in repairs and all of their prices for parts quoted were insane , they quote almost 4 times the original prices of the parts and when I ask them about will they grantee that their diagnostic is correct and even if I spent that much money my problem will be fixed , their reply was they are not sure about their diagnostic and there can be more issues after they open engine so it can cost me even more then AED 20500 , my car windshield fluid was empty and there report says that the system is working fine and when I ask about that , their manager says its a mistake and we will recheck it , they are just using a German name and I don't see any German or European technician with them , my advice stay away from them they will ripoff you
I got my Mercedes serviced from them... they didn't put back the oil bolt properly which cost me another service due to oil leakage... bad service, I thought they are really good German cars' experts but my bad...
Car was serviced on October 24, Mercedes C200, you guys sent a quotation for other work to be done in the car as well, I understand there was an oil leak problem but that was a different case... the one I am referring here is a new leak which happened afterwards from the oil drain...
I was looking for a Skoda specialist thru Maps. My engine symbol warning light triggered and need a garage to check it. Then thru maps, i found this garage and visited it. I was greeted by Ronald and his team. They check my car very thorough and detailed, showed me what is the problem and diagnosis and step-every-step on what will they replace and they will do. Ronald even update me on whatsapp twice or thrice a day with videos and pictures. they said they will work for my car for 3-4 days and they did it on very punctual manner. They recoomend the parts should be OEM and i agree. Guys, on engine parts, yes OEM are pricey but they will give you a peace of mind. Thank you Wagen Kenner and i'll be keeping in touch on next service.
It the worst experience that i have had with a garage , i bring my car for a water leak , two days after they send me a quotation with 10k and they mentioned that the parts are not available. So i went to MB i got parts from them and come back to the this garage , by surprise the guy there tell me that parts should be provided by the garage , he checked with the management and same answer . Knowing that the leak now was fixed with changing a small tube connector and some sealing applied to the oil pan .
The engine check light appeared on my Mercedes GLB 250, 2021. I checked the internet and this service shop seemed quite good. I reached out from WhatsApp and Mr. Ronald the shop owner replied to me with professionalism. I went to the store and then they welcomed me at the door. I told about what happened. They diagnosed with high quality Autel tools. Then find out the reason. I got a diagnosis report but I didn’t even pay anything. They just didn’t accept. It doesn’t mean you will not pay as well but man, who else does this generous and kind behavior at this age? 👏🏻👏🏻 my “go to” service station from now on. They deserve all of this 5 star review, literally.
The service on my car was done quickly and efficiently, and I could tell that the technicians at Wagenkenner are highly skilled and experienced. They were able to diagnose and fix the issues with my car in no time, and I was back on the road feeling confident in my vehicle's performance. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service at Wagenkenner car garage. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car maintenance needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service.
They are great! I have been positevy surprised with their level of service and flexibility, all of this while holding good rates
They said they are experts on German cars but they are not. I went my Jetta there with the original part and they didn't know how to install it. They had no paper to print the receipt and when I asked someone to sign it ,the reception girl did it. Long story short my car is still broken. I will not prefer them again for sure.
