I am a loyal VW customer, but my experience with my new 2024 Teramont has been disappointing. Since purchasing it in August from Dubai SZR, I’ve already had to bring it to the service center twice, yet issues remain unresolved. 1. Persistent Noise: There’s an ongoing noise from the driver’s door and bonnet. Despite a two-day service visit, the issue persists. 2. Engine Issues: The engine stopped suddenly on the road, and after multiple restart attempts, it failed completely. It’s been in service for over a day, but I haven’t received any explanation or solution. This has been stressful and has shaken my confidence in Volkswagen’s quality. I’m requesting a full inspection and permanent fix, as well as compensation for the repeated inconvenience. If unresolved, I would like to discuss a replacement vehicle. Today, 20th April 2025, I visited Volkswagon Al Naboodah Nad al Hummer service centre. I came here without an appointment because the helpline was not attended by any agent. Staff is very, very unprofessional and non experienced. They asked me to wait approx 1 hour. I agreed to wait. But after waiting 1:45 minutes they were unable to attend me or give me a suitable answer. First and last visit end up with very bad experience. Total time waste. 👎

He took the time to explain me very well and carefully everything that will be done on the car, the duration of it, the upsell services and the price that will need to be pay Communication was very smooth and professional I recommend this VW Service Center and his staff
Well! Even that I do like my car , but not sure what is wrong with the service center!!! I bought a new car and after 3 days only I get some issues such as left camera keep disconnecting after Fog day and then after washing car , now it’s been 3 weeks and no answer , I’ve done one visit and 2 calls. Still no answer.
