I have a BMX which I took it to 2 bike shops & couldn't open the pedal crank nuts, but I-ride shop solved the issue in less than a minute!!! Imagine, God bless them, amazing & professional work. A very recommended bicycle shop 👌
I was offered 5 free services at the time of purchasing my bike, which was one of the reasons I went ahead with the deal. However, after receiving only 3 of the promised 5, I was informed that they would not be providing the remaining services because the salesperson I dealt with had resigned and allegedly gave a "fake promise." This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The salesperson may be gone, but that doesn't make it the customer’s fault — I made my decision based on what I was offered by a representative of the company. Refusing to honor that commitment reflects very poorly on the company’s integrity and customer care. Totally unsatisfied with the after-sales service, and I would not recommend based on this experience.
Took advantage of the discount on the gold service. Really happy with the service, bike feels brand new and smooth. The service also comes with before and after pictures of bearings etc which is always good to see (don’t think other bike shops provide this detail)! Rajjan was attentive to details and gave good explanations of queries for peace of mind. Would highly recommend 👍🏻
