By far the worst support received from an IT company.
After installing our PBX system and making special edits, it stopped working in a month. Customer Support refused to assist in solving the specific changes that they themselves had implemented.

The worst after sales ever
It’s not about paying or not , the system didn’t even complete one year and you can simply fix it over the phone, but your customer service refused to fixed just to charge the customer. That’s simply called Scam after Sale

These guys are never on commitment and just play with customer and buy time and keep customer hanging. Despite of email confirmation they never stay on their commitment. Think twice before working with them.I have had a very bad experience. they need big orders and big profit.

They installed telephone network and internet since 3 years.. also they instal the attendance biometric machine .. since that days we are suffering from the problems in connections and phones quality were so bad .. thee attendance machine is hanging everyday .. and the cheated us with it as it is only check in and not suitable for check out .. whenever we call to ask for help they want to charge 350 aed service charge!! They run more after money .. they dont care about client .. i will never advice anyone to deal with this company .. they speak in rude way to the customers ..

Vector has the terrible after sales service. They charge you for their faulty apps and errors. I had complained about the app right on the time when they installed the cameras for my villa, they told me no one has any problem. But I have had problem ever since. And, when you have a problem they give no help or support and they ask to charge.
