Did not fix the oven. Cost 150aed for the call out and was here for 3 minutes saying it was a faulty wire. I had called him to replace the heating element but he didn’t do this. I will call someone else!
Fridge repair. They changed the fridge heater and charged me 400AED like Samsung service price. One year the heater stopped working again and the fridge started building ice.

We recently booked this company to repair our fridge. The issue was a problem with the fridge door seal, causing improper closing. We sent a video to explain the problem before they arrived. Upon inspection, they stated they could not fix the issue and advised contacting LG (the manufacturer). However, they then demanded a 100 AED call-out fee despite performing no repairs. This experience left a negative impression. The call-out fee was not mentioned upfront, and they proceeded with the visit despite knowing they couldn't fix the problem. I recommend exploring other repair services.
