1 week to troubleshoot engine shut off issue on my Jeep and only providing quotes for all possible replacement options without isolating the faulty item and worst not telling me at which stage they were with my daily phone calls...
Unacceptable at all so i will never return there due to lack of communication and no technical skills!

Drastic bad. Recently I did servicing from there. They broke my AC air duct while servicing of my Reynolt Symbol.
I use to check my car frequently so I was sure it was OK before. But they never agreed that there ineffecient service man broke it while servicing. They told that it was broken from before. Now evertime I drive my
car dashboard alarm flashes signaling that air duct is broken. And engine stops. So please it is my sciencier advice not to go servicing there

My car was on recovery because of the coolant pipe leak. Since I received my car in bad condition. I was disappointed.
Advise inform representative to hand over back car with proper condition. Not happy with garage representative.
Just be careful, for any promotion. Nothing comes free.

I would request Abu Dhabi government to set the standards for garages so customer rights are protected. Lack of car machine knowledge, could result in heavy charges.

Take care whenever you visit any garage. Don't trust blindly

I did the major maintenance here last 3 weeks ago and informed them that if they can check the right front side of my car cause there is a bit of sound when passing a humps. After getting back my car they told me that i need to replace the axle boot and shock absorber, i do get it if it need to be replaced but i know it will take time as per their checklist also which states that may need future attention then they suddenly change with require immediate attention, the worst thing is the day i start the car i heard a loud sound and inform them what they had done and they just keep saying that they will send the quotation that is when it hit me. Believe me when i say they are just after your money, even if it will take time for the parts to be replaced they will force you to replace it, my car before works perfectly fine but suddenly it is not. You can check the checklist i attached here, its up to you if you believe it or not.

One more thing i want to add.. there is a review here a year ago that this garage is a thief, i agree with that one cause everytime i bring my car for a service i leave a coins on my car to know if i can trust them but unfortunately you really cant trust this shop even coins they are taking it.

Replaced my brake pads and discs today. Service is very professional and swift. Spare parts are readily available and the price is fair. Staff is very polite. I'll certainly come again when needed and I would recommend it for you also.

The workers are real theif. Don't go to this garage ever . I took my vw golf r to check for ac repair they stole injector 3 modules . I tow the car from there
