Although the staff there are so gentle and respectful,especially the admin there, Mr Moataz, here is what happened below,
They did car tinting with warranty 10 years after 2 days it started to give high reflection which is not commom compared to amount l paid for!
However, they said they would change or refund after changing, still facing the same issue, and refused to do a refund except 50% of the amount after only a week !!
The manager there Asharaf start to disappear and did not answer on us and kept me waiting for 4 hours to confirm the 50% refund!!
So they give fake promises and a warranty!
Will raise a complaint to consumer rights for the money loss and negative attitude in handling the issue.

I got my car's PPF and tinting done here, and I’m extremely satisfied! The staff is friendly, the service is top-notch, and my car looks amazing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality work. I’ll definitely be back!
I have bad experience , they broke several things in my car and they know it , but they didn't replace it , my car is 2021 model. My experience in this and I lost 2 time what I already baid first time, and they do other things in my car im not aware of it , and when i asked them, they try to turn the truth against you. ☹️😵💫
I recently brought my new car for nano ceramic window tinting, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The attention to detail was impressive! They handled my car with care, and the quality of the tinting is outstanding. Highly recommended!
