Honest Auto Care missing Honesty.
The voucher book is ok but when your car washed expect to see a missing items or parts.
The workers are not Honest and workers calling each other to False testimony, ignoring the complaints about the missing items
The supervisor trying to act smart on me and Not Honest at all.. Supervisor not doing any basic supervising
In the end i found the missing part in the washing area in the water drainage area
( where the supervisor didn’t were looking )
I triple dare you to prove me wrong
This time I’m lucky and to be Honest there is no next time

Honesty the car washing is bad 👎🏼

I bought my car here to get it washed inside out and fixed my lights and tires. The service was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and fast. Mr. Adil helped guide me through the experience and he gave me the best price. Overall, I suggest everyone to come and trust this place with their car as they will not regret it

I had an excellent experience with this garage. I gave my car for some services, and I was highly impressed by their professionalism and genuine approach. I visited them to check my car first expert sent me to another one then to other one then they asked me to wait after one hour waiting in the room alone no one came I asked them what about my car and part price they told me go now we will call, then no one call I called them they said or sorry give me 10 minutes no one call next day also give me 10 minutes also no one call till now. Not honest auto care. They give priority to expensive cars. My camry came first for washing. As I had their 50% off coupon, they washed the FJ cruiser first which came after my car. They delayed my car wash for 15 minutes.

Normally there is a waiting time of 1-2 hours for car wash here probably due to this bias. If you value your time, better to go with some other car wash centres.

They are liers, I don't recommend anyone to visit them, they dont know how to repair your cars. Every time you visit them to repaire something, they screw something else.,, Im tired to go back again every 2 weeks to repair what they have screwed, and if you kept your car thiere and you got dates to get it back repaired. You will go on the givien date you will find that no one touch your car yet, and thier prices higher than the market or other garages. If you are care about your car. Don't visit them. That's was because of personal experience with them. Not only one time.

Very dishonest. They will give priority based on the car brand. I have a chevrolet, since there was a mercedes after me they washed it first. I asked them to do full wash and they only did body wash and were charging me for full wash. For some reason 50% of 35 is 22 for them not sure which calculator they are using.
Update: eversince I made this complaint. I have seen a great change, they are improving their service and would defenetily give them another chance.
